MPL Community Picture of the Day: Week 15

Although Sakurai has retired his Pictures of the Day for Super Smash Bros, Mario Party Legacy are proud to deliver a community driven series where YOU submit your images for everyone to see! We’re updating EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK! (Please click this to listen to the above in the Announcer’s [not really] voice.)

Send in those 3DS Smash pics, and we might just have Smash 3DS dedicated days!**

The Hero-King feels glad to have survived the Classic 9.0 gauntlet with No Lives Lost.

Would you look at that.

Here’s the loadout I used. Nothing too fancy, but Critical Hitter + Tipper F-Smashes are a perfect combination.
I was in trouble against the Miis, but well timed Iai/Rush Counters plus the Vampire effect helped immensely.
Be aware that luck is a factor pretty much every round before Hands/Core/Fortress; pray to the item gods (or Frederick) for every round (no, seriously) and hope that the CPU doesn’t do stupid things to you. I’ll post more later in the comments.

Interestingly, I originally intended to do this with Shulk. However, his slow startup on his moves, and possibly the fact I had Power Counter (which can be spotdodged at range – CPUs have done it), may have made that attempt more difficult.
I also originally wanted an Attacker loadout (in the magnitude of +100/-40/-60 or so?) but the hits to Defense were too much for me. Speed isn’t too important unless you’re using Ganondorf etc. in the Fortress.
