Hot Rope Jump has a simple concept. Hop over the jump rope made of Lava Bubbles and successfully jump over 20 times to win the minigame. If any player touches the fire before completing 20 jumps, the minigame will end with that player losing coins.

As you jump over each swing of the lava rope, the pace and speed of the swings will increase.

A version of this minigame was remade in Mario Party 2.

  • Do full jumps as the rope is about to reach you at the beginning, then when it goes full speed, start doing small jumps by just tapping the A button.
