Control Stick (left or right): Lean handcar
A (repeatedly): Speed up
B: Brake

Each team gets their own handcar that they’ll need get moving all the way to the finish line across a twisted and windy path. Mashing A will get both teammates moving the handcart, but they can also hit the brakes to slow down and avoiding falling off. It’s a whole bunch of lava down there, so once you fail, it’s completely over.

A version of this minigame returns in Mario Party 2. The Mario Party 2 version was remade in Mario Party: The Top 100 and the Mario Party version was remade in Mario Party Superstars.
