Face Lift is a 4-Player minigame from the original Mario Party on the Nintendo 64.
Overview
A: Grab
B: Reset face
Super Mario 64? Nah, it’s Super Bowser 64 now. Face Lift is a cool twist on Super Mario 64’s interactive title screen where you can pull and yank on Bowser’s 3D face. Trust me, there’s a minigame objective here.
At the start of the minigame, a fairly normal Bowser face will distort its features and become the face all four players will have to match using their own Bowser head. To make that happen, players can pull and adjust Bowser’s eyebrows, nose, jaw, and both cheeks. When the timer ends, each Bowser head will be scored on a 100-point scale, and the player that scores the highest amount of points wins.
One of the events when landing on a Bowser Space involves playing “Bowser’s Face Lift,” which is essentially the same minigame. You have to score 90 points or more, otherwise you’ll lose coins. If everyone scores 90 points or more, then only player who landed on the Bowser Space gets coins taken away.
A version of Face Lift returned in Mario Party 2, and Face Lift was also remade in Mario Party: The Top 100 and Mario Party Superstars.

- Most of Bowser’s face features are stretched all the way in at least one direction in the example. The mouth & nose are the only ones that are sometimes only stretched around half-way.
