World Star-Toad contains five Green Stars to collect.

Green Stars
There are five Green Stars to collect:
- After you flip the level once, find this Green Star behind the Fizzlit.
- Drop down to the ledge below. Drop behind the Fizzlit to grab the second Green Star.
- Flip the level a second time and drop to the floor. Walk up the path to the third Green Star.
- After flipping the level a third time, run behind the two Fizzlits to find another Green Star.
- Flip the level a fourth and final time to land on a Fizzlit. The Green Star is right in front of the enemy.
