World 4-2 contains three Green Stars and a single Stamp to collect.

Hop to the collectible you need:
Green Star 1
As you are running along, enter the purple Warp Block. In the next room, hop from Piranha Plant to Piranha Plant to reach the Green Star.
Green Star 2
Hop into the small hole filled with water. Swim down to the bottom to find the Green Star.
Green Star 3
In the area with the purple poison is a Green Star Ring. Defeat the two Piranha Plants in the area, then jump through the ring and collect all eight Green Coins to reveal a Green Star.
Stamp Location
Before you jump into the water, jump over the water and use the Piranha Plant as a boost to enter the hole on the right. Run all the way to the right to find the Stamp.
