World Flower-2 contains three Green Stars to collect.

Hop to the collectible you need:
Green Star 1
Super Bell required! As soon as you enter the level, climb the right wall and enter the blob of water. Swim up to find the Green Star.
Green Star 2
Run past the second Green Star, then ground pound the POW Block to smash the giant bricks.
Green Star 3
Jump through the Green Star Ring and collect all eight Green Coins before the time runs out to earn a Green Star.
