World 5-7 contains three Green Stars and a single Stamp to collect.

Hop to the collectible you need:
Green Star 1
Defeat the first spring enemy you see and pick up the spring it drops. Run past all the Bullet Bills, but keep an eye out for the shadow of the first Green Star. Plop down the spring in the spot and jump up to the Green Star.
Green Star 2
To the left of the Red Ring is a broken wall. Have a Bullet Bill crash through, then enter the purple warp block. In the next area, quickly climb the giant brick blocks to the Green Star above.
Green Star 3
Towards the end of the level is a Green Star surrounded by giant brick blocks. Attract the attention of the Bullet Bills and stand near the blocks. Move at the last second to have them destroy the blocks.
Stamp Location
This Stamp can be easily spotted above a row of blocks. Watch out for the spotlight as you jump up to grab it.
