World 5-CT contains three Green Stars and a single Stamp to collect.

Green Stars
There are five Green Stars to collect:
- Lift one of the platforms to form a bridge to the Green Star in the corner.
- Enter the left door to reach the Green Star above.
- Enter the next door that takes you higher. Drop down to the pink platforms. Rise them up, then follow the path to the Green Star.
- Enter the hole, then grab the Green Star from the center of the ring of Peepas.
- Walk up the slope and run across the donut lifts. Stay on the last one to have it drop to the Green Star below.
