World 5-1 contains three Green Stars and a single Stamp to collect.

Hop to the collectible you need:
Green Star 1
Destroy the Goomba sand sculpture on the right to find a Green Star inside.
Green Star 2
In the first area, walk to the edge of the water and head to the right until you see a deep hole. Enter the warp pipe, then run over all the tiles in the next room to have the Green Star appear.
Green Star 3
Super Bell required! In your Cat form, climb up into the hole on the far right wall to find Captain Toad being chased by a group of Biddybuds. Defeat them all to earn a Green Star.
Stamp Location
As you are riding on Plessie, stay to the right and hop onto the three small platforms. The Stamp will be on the third platform.
