We’re updating EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK! (Please click this to listen to the above in the Announcer’s [not really] voice.)

Roy: “It’s been 14 years since I last fought by your side, Lord Marth. This world has changed so much!”
Marth: “Roy, please, no need for honorifics; we’re brothers-in-arms. But indeed, the world of Smash has grown. Our Fire Emblem legacy in particular – let me introduce you to some of our other fighters.”
Roy: “Alright!”
Marth: “This is Ike, the Radiant Hero. He first entered the fray in Brawl. Back then, some people were quick to cry out that he’d replaced you as the fire-toting Lord, since you didn’t manage to return, Roy.”
Ike: “Hmph. Those simpletons won’t get any sympathy from me. Claiming that my style with Ragnell, and yours with the Binding Blade, as similar… unthinkable.”
Roy: “It’s a pleasure to meet you, Lord Ike!”
Ike: “Likewise. Just call me Ike – the title of Lord doesn’t sit well with me now.”
Ike: “…having said that, we do share some things. Charging up our blades in flame for our neutral special, and receiving self-damage at full charge. But pity the foe who receives our furious attacks.”
Roy: “Huh? You have blue flames?!”
Marth: “Ike’s alternative title is the Hero of Blue Flames, and that power was granted to him by a goddess. Wait; if my memory serves me well, those flames were red in Brawl…”
Ike: “…let’s not speak about that stuff-up on Sakurai’s part, Marth.”
Roy: “Oh, by the way Marth; I’m sure you’ve noticed, but I’ve changed a few of my moves – I feel a lot more comfortable striking with a reverse grip.”
Marth: “Yes, I can see that – and I’m happy that you’ve trusted in your own strength. You’ve changed your down aerial too – a meteor smash, I take it?”
Roy: “You’ve got that right! Hey, isn’t it funny how my down aerial is now like Ike’s, even though I’ve never trained under him? HIYAAAAAAHH!”
Ike: “Roy, be careful; flinging your body that violently isn’t healthy in the long run.”
Roy: “Woah! Easy there!”
Lucina: “Don’t you dare come any closer! I won’t let you hurt Marth!”
Roy: “W-what?! I’m an old friend of Marth’s!”
Lucina: “Don’t lie! Your hair is red – you must be an enemy!”
Roy: “B-but surely I’m wearing blue armor! Please, I mean no harm!”
Lucina: “Right! That does it! Come at me!”
Marth: “Lucina, NO!”
Lucina: “As a bearer of the Mark of the Exalt, I cannot lose! For my father, and for Marth!”
Roy: (‘Ugh, does it have to be like this?!’) “Very well! Here me, the Lion of Pherae, roar! For those I’ve sworn to protect, I will not lose!”
Marth: “Both of you, cut it out! Lucina, that is no way to greet a good friend of mine!”
Roy: “A-a… friend?”
Marth: “You’ve seen him in the Outrealm, Lucina. It’s Lord Roy.”
Lucina: “R-Roy?! Y-you mean Roy of Pherae? …i-it is him! Oh my, I’m so sorry! Forgive me!”
Roy: *nervous laugh* “Ehehe, it’s okay, Lady Lucina…” (‘Whew. That was close…’)
Roy: “…so that’s how I got my new armor. A mix of my original, and the design which you say I wore in the Outrealm. I love my fans.”
Lucina: “My, isn’t that interesting! By the way, I never would have picked you as a Marth clone!”
Roy: “I thought that was obvious, but I guess I’ve been decloned a bit since Melee… Um, Lucina? I’m aware of your status in Smash, but how did you manage to become a clone?”
Lucina: “Well, it’s a long story…”
Marth: (‘And to see them so friendly after nearly attacking each other. Must be a clone thing…’)
“Oh, Roy, I have to run off – I’ll be welcoming Ryu along with the other series representatives. I trust you’ll be fine on your own?”
Roy: “Of course! Thanks so much Marth! Say hello to the Street Fighter for me!”
Lucina: “Me too!”
Roy: “Whoa! Watch your sword arm there!”
Robin: “Oh, I do apologize. …fancy meeting you here, Young Lion of Pherae.”
Roy: “H-how do you know who I am?!”
Robin: “I trust you’ve met Lucina. I am Robin, Tactician of the Shepherds of Ylisse, and a good friend of Lucina’s. Well, in some canonicities, I could be her wife.”
Roy: “T-that’s confusing me. (‘Is there marriage in games now?’) And you’re not a Lord, are you?”
Robin: “I am not; I use tomes and breakable swords, hardly the weapons of a noble Lord. In my home game however, I am just as important to the story as a Lord would be – of which there are two – for my death also causes a Game Over.”
Roy: “W-wow… Things sure have changed in Fire Emblem since my time…”
Robin: “Anyway, how did I recognize you, you ask? There’s a portal in our world – the Outrealm Gate – ”
Roy: “Oh right, Lucina was mentioning that. I believe you encountered Lords and other heroes from other worlds through it?”
Robin: “Precisely. Lucina told me about your change in armor, but I still recognized you by your crimson hair and fiery determination. Personalities are hard to forget, you know.”
Roy: “I guess you really are miles ahead in knowing your enemies… and future allies.”
Robin: “Hardly. I’m only three steps ahead.”
Roy: “I suppose I’m glad I wasn’t an enemy of yours.”
Robin: “Actually, about being an enemy… I feel like I may have been at one point? Or several? Ugh, amnesia is a real pain. You might have to ask Lucina on that one – or play Awakening.”
Roy: (‘W-what is he trying to say?! I’m… so confused…’)
Roy: “Aah! What are you doing?”
Fem.Robin: “Just preparing myself for battle. (‘It’s not like I’m trying to court you with a dance! Ugh!’) You must be Roy. I’m Robin – pleased to meet you.”
Roy: “R-Robin? I just ran into Robin a moment ago! He had the same hair color, the same eyes, and the same attire as you too… Is this meant to be a joke?”
Fem.Robin: “Not exactly. You see, Robin and myself are gender alternate versions of each other. There was a choice in our game to make us either male or female – which affects our supports, of course. For while Robin could, for example marry Lucina, I could potentially marry her father, Lord Chrom – making me a potential mother for Lucina.
…you look flustered; care for a battle to loosen up?”
Roy: “T-thanks for the offer; but I don’t know if I’m ready to take our support to the next level. (‘Flustered? More like weirded out! Eep!’)”
Fem.Robin: “Oh, that’s fine; but I’ll make sure you’ll prepare yourself next time we meet. By the way, Roy, I do have some information on a doppelganger…”
Lord Roy: “So, I’ve finally found him: the one also named Roy. Female Robin definitely wasn’t wrong in saying that this Roy was a tough guy; it’s also kind of interesting that he’s… older than me, by first game appearance. But I can’t show my weakness – I must show this Koopaling who’s boss!”
*tiptoes slowly*
Roy Koopa: “Huh? Where are the other guys? This isn’t a recon mission if it’s only me! Gah! I guess I’ll just wait – can’t let anyone see me here!”
Lord Roy: (‘Alright! I’m in position!’) *quietly* “Time for a critical strike! Sword of Seals, unseal your flames!”
*Sword of Seals ignites*
Roy Koopa: *sniff sniff* “Hey, is it just me, or do I smell a roast nearby? *grumble* Man, I didn’t notice I was that hungry! Lemee che- Uguwahh! I-it’s a crazy red-haired swordsman!”
Lord Roy: “That’s LORD Roy to you! Say your prayers, Roy of the Koopas! HIIIIIIYAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!”
Roy Koopa: “Wh-WHA…?!”
*massive explosion*
CRITICAL – 50 DAMAGE
Roy Koopa: “Guwaaaaaaahhh! What did I ever do to youuuuuuuuuu…!”
*Roy Koopa is launched into the blast zone*
Lord Roy: “That’s for stealing MY name, you punk!”
(‘Finally, after all these years. It’s great to be back in Smash. I know I can seal my detractors’ doubts – I feel like they’ve finally seen how much I’ve grown since Melee… Yet, the real battle lies ahead. And I will show this world my strength – that of Pherae’s Young Lion!’)
