A total of seven levels in Super Mario Bros. Wonder feature an alternate exit that’ll get you an additional Wonder Seed, plus a new path in the overworld that often lead to secret levels.

Hop around the various secret exits:
Piranha Plants on Parade Secret Exit
Find this secret exit in Piranha Plants on Parade in Pipe-Rock Plateau.
Activate the Wonder Flower effect and get through the Piranha Plant’s jam. Once things are back to normal after collecting Wonder Seed 1, take note of the diagonal pipe on the ceiling. Run across the nearby music blocks and jump once you hit that last music note block to land on top of the diagonal warp pipe. Jump up, run to the left, and enter the red warp pipe. Now in the foreground, keep moving along until your reach the secret flagpole.
Bulrush Coming Through! Secret Exit
Find this secret exit in Bulrush Coming Through! in Pipe-Rock Plateau.
There’s a Bulrush after the Checkpoint Flag that will jump and crash through four blocks revealing the Wonder Flower. Grab it, then ride the rushing herd of Bulrush as they take you to the end of the level. When you see the cloud platforms with the Wonder Seed, hop off and grab the collectible. Follow the path of clouds to reach the secret flagpole!
It may be easier to get the secret exit rather than the normal exit. For the normal exit, ignore the Wonder Flower and continue through the level until you reach the standard flagpole.
Bulrush Express Secret Exit
Find this secret exit in Bulrush Express in Pipe-Rock Plateau.
Bring a spare Elephant Fruit into this level. You can quickly grab one from the first level in the game. Once you reach the end where Wonder Seed 1 is at, use your elephant power-up to break the brick blocks on the right. Enter the golden warp pipe and ride the Bulrush to the secret exit. Reach the end of the Wonder
Outmaway Valley Secret Exit
Find this secret exit in Secrets of Shova Mansion in Fluff-Puff Peaks.
There’s a long and quite suspicious big ice block near two slanted yellow pipes. Ground pound it until it shatters, then watch as the Wonder Flower activates the massive rolling snowball. Once it reaches the end, continue forward to find the secret flagpole.
Secrets of Shova Mansion Secret Exit
Find this secret exit in Secrets of Shova Mansion in Sunbaked Desert.
When you reach the final area with the flagpole, take out the Shova so it doesn’t bother you, then destroy all six brick blocks with a few ground pounds. Push the green block into the hole to reveal a gold pipe. Follow this pipe to another pipe, and that’ll take you to the secret exit.
Where Rrrumbas Rule Secret Exit
Find this secret exit in Where the Rrrumbas Rule in Deep Magma Bog.
With the Drill Mushroom handy, run over to the tall unstable yellow wall, the one that normally crashes down through a ton of brick blocks. Instead of focusing on that, drill into the ceiling and follow the tunnel in the upper right. This leads to a secret flagpole!
Hot-Hot-Hot! Secret Exit
Find this secret exit in Hot-Hot Hot! in Deep Magma Bog.
eturn to the area where you set off the Wonder Flower. Get up to the area where the Talking Flower is at, then make huge leap to the left to reach the next area. Keep jumping from platform to platform, including the small gray blocks, until you reach a glowing purple tulip. Activate it, then follow the slow-moving spark. Eventually it will remove an entire Hot-Hot Rock and leave a door in its place. Enter inside, then run through this new area to reach the flagpole.
