I'm wondering though, did anybody else here actually go to it?
I'm Canadian, so I couldn't even though I wanted to.Accj21 said:I'm wondering though, did anybody else here actually go to it?

there were like 8 locations in select metro areas which was really stupid. no point in actually doing it unless you lived within a 10 minute walk from the best buy's.Accj21 said:I'm wondering though, did anybody else here actually go to it?
I know! I don't live even 200 miles from any of those and I live in the US! (At least I don't think so)MattC said:there were like 8 locations in select metro areas which was really stupid. no point in actually doing it unless you lived within a 10 minute walk from the best buy's.Accj21 said:I'm wondering though, did anybody else here actually go to it?
"No point?" I drove for an hour at 6 in the morning for it! Some people started camping out the afternoon before!MattC said:there were like 8 locations in select metro areas which was really stupid. no point in actually doing it unless you lived within a 10 minute walk from the best buy's.Accj21 said:I'm wondering though, did anybody else here actually go to it?
if you live near san francisco, los angeles, minneapolis, seattle, chicago, miami, new york or dallas, you were close to a location. otherwise, you were probably too far.Bowser498 said:I know! an hour is nothing. most people are 10 hours away from the location.Accj21 said:"No point?" I drove for an hour at 6 in the morning for it! I live a few hours from Seattle, but from what I read on the sign-ups online it's for US RESIDENTS ONLY.MattC said:if you live near san francisco, los angeles, minneapolis, seattle, chicago, miami, new york or dallas, you were close to a location. otherwise, you were probably too far.Bowser498 said:I know! I knew I had no chance at going to E3, I did it for "real-life XP."Justin said:Accj21 said:Why not? It was awesome.Justin said:The one Best-Buy store in MN is only about 25 minutes away from me but I never bothered to go.![]()
No real interest tbh. Sitting in a line for hours again to play a game for 5 minutes does not sound enjoyable to me, even if this time it meant I had a shot of going to E3.
I'm still going with this regardless.MattC said:mario usa championships 1994
