If the Hungry Luma were a playable character I'd definitely take it.
If Rosalina and Luma aren't playable I totally want a galaxy board with Lumas on the sidelines and you have to buy the star from Rosalina
I totally agree! I miss having to buy the star from Toad...and I didn't really enjoy having Toad as a playable character, but then they added sooo many more characters that I love(d)... Birdo, Boo, Toadette, Blooper, etc. It will be such a disappointment if they get rid of them. Rosalina should definitely be added as a playable character, but if not she better make some sort of appearance.
They definitely need more Characters... I don't know who said there are too much or too many...you can NEVER have too many. Everyone has different tastes and preferences. I believe every character that has been introduced as a playable character should have a place in the game...as a playable character, with few exceptions..like blooper (though I love him, I can understand removing him or Hammer Bro....but still I'd rather them keep everyone)
They also need more Female Characters, it's not like females just don't play Mario Party...
I'd love it if they added some girls ...possibly

I also had a DREAM, which made me look up Mario Party 9 and find out all this stuff about it, which only depressed me. Anyway, the dream consisted of a WIDE selection of Charaters a lot like Mario Kart Wii. I remember seeing some minigames (in my dream) that involved Baby versions of the Characters .. which I thought would be a fabulous addition to the character list, Baby Daisy, Peach, Mario, Luigi, (maybe even DK, Yoshi, Birdo, Wario, etc). I woke up to find that this was a dream...and headed straight for the computer because I had remembered looking up Mario Party 9 before and not seeing anything...it had been a while and to my surprise there was a trailer and stuff like that...
But then I see that Boo, Birdo, Toadette, Blooper, Dry Bones, Hammer Bro. .. may not and most likely won't be returning. So not only did they cut down on characters *cough cough* and get rid of my favorites. They obviously wouldn't make my dream come true with additional baby characters. Very upsetting...and I love the new look of the game, but I most likely will not purchase it because the removal of all things good.
DO NOT FIX SOMETHING, that isn't broken. Just because the Main characters used still remain in the game, doesn't mean other fans characters are currently in the game. If the above characters are dropped... my two favorites (and most chosen), my best friends, her boyfriend, and my nieces characters are all gone... that's pretty crappy. No Mario Party 9 for me.
