Find every Secret Door spread across nearly every level of Paper Mario: Sticker Star in our handy hidden door locations guide.
Lots of stickers to find and use during battles in Sticker Star, but the special Secret Door sticker holds a different and important use. Around the various levels are outlines of doors with seemingly no function. Slapping one of these Secret Door stickers onto an outline will pop open a door with a new Thing item inside. Snagging these is a must if you’re trying to complete your collection!

Although nearly every level has a single Secret Door spot, you won’t get your first Secret Door sticker until World 3.
Secret Door Sticker Location
Secret Door stickers are first found in World 3-6: Outlook Point where they can be purchased for 80 coins a pop. You can also find one in World 4-2: Ice Flow and World 4-6: Bowser’s Ice Fort, but you’ll probably want to buy a bunch at the shop so you’re stocked up.
Once you find an outline of a door on a wall in one of the levels, enter Paperize mode and paste that door sticker right over it.
World 1 Secret Doors
All six levels in World 1 feature a single Secret Door location.
World 1-1: Warm Fuzzy Plains
In the third area from the entrance, walk past the cave entrance and look for the Secret Door outline on the wall below the sign with the Hammer sticker. Reward: Thumbtack.
World 1-2: Bouquet Gardens
Reach the final area of the level. The Secret Door spot is just below the Comet Piece. Reward: Flashy Fire Flower, Flashy Ice Flower, Flashy POW Block. These will not respawn on subsequent visits.
World 1-3: Water’s Edge Way
Stop the water from gushing out of the Bowser statue. Once the water is clear, walk outside and drop into the hole the water was flowing into. You’ll land right in front of the Secret Door spot! Reward: Bed.
World 1-4: Hither Thither Hill
Enter the underground cavern via the green pipe in front of the windmill. Once underground, enter the first green warp pipe, then enter the red warp pipe. This will pop you back outside and in front of the Secret Door spot. Reward: Matches.
World 1-5: Whammino Mountain
Enter the green warp pipe at the start of the level. Now underground, hop up two steps and you’ll come face to face with the Secret Door spot. Reward: Bellows.
World 1-6: Goomba Fortress
Reach the outdoor area with the pipes blowing strong gusts in your direction. Drop down to the area on the right and look for the Secret Door outline near the Question Block. Reward: Squirt Gun.
World 2 Secret Doors
All five levels in World 2 feature a single Secret Door location.
World 2-1: Drybake Desert
Get to the end of the level and walk behind the top of the pyramid where the Comet Piece is at. A Sombrero Guy stands in front of the outline. Reward: Car Battery.
World 2-2: Yoshi Sphinx
Once you’re at the base of the sphinx, walk past both paws and reach the other side of the giant monument. The outline will be near a Question Block. Reward: Paper Fan.
World 2-3: Sandshifter Ruins
Step underground and follow this path: right sandfall, up the stairs, right standfall, left sandfall, right sandfall. Enter the next door and the outline will be at the top of the steps in this next room. Reward: Lighter.
World 2-4: Damp Oasis
Enter the level and start moving to the left. Pass the single Pokey and shortly after you’ll see an outline on a nearby rock formation. Reward: Hair Shears.
World 2-5: Drybake Stadium
You’ll see the outline immediately after starting the level. Reward: Flashy Eekhammer, Flashy Hurlhammer, Flashy Spike Helmet. These will not respawn on subsequent visits.
World 3 Secret Doors
All 12 levels in World 3 feature a single Secret Door location.
World 3-1: Leaflitter Path
Advance into the level until you reach the second room with Ninjis. Get onto the grassy area in the middle of the room and look for the Secret Door outline on the big tree in the back. Reward: Searchlight.
World 3-2: The Bafflewood
Enter the maze and follow this path: right, left, right, right. In the next room, ignore the three other exits and walk south to find steps leading to the outline. Reward: Violin.
World 3-3: Wiggler’s Tree House
Enter Wiggler’s home go up to the second floor. The outline in on the right side! Reward: HP-Up Heart.
World 3-4: Strike Lake
In the room with the Comet Piece, jump over the ledge near the western exit to find the outline below. Reward: Drum.
World 3-5: Loop Loop River
From the start, enter one of the southern exits in the first room. Now in the room with the Comet Piece, look for a Boomerang Bro. guarding the outline. Reward: Pillow.
World 3-6: Outlook Point
Walk south of the shop to find steps and wall with the outline. Reward: Fishhook.
World 3-7: Rustle Burrow
As soon as you drop into the undergound cave, you’ll see the outline up on the second level of that first room. You’ll have to backtrack to get up there. Enter the next room with the Star, then go north. Pass the Recover Block and enter the room on the right, then go south. Enter the wooden door on your left, then walk along the path into the room on the left. Next room is the one with the outline!Reward: Upright Vacuum.
World 3-8: Tree Branch Trail
Boot up the level and you’ll immediately see the outline on the back wall. Reward: Tape.
World 3-9: Gauntlet Pond
From the entrance start, head east and enter the exit on the right. In this next area, look for the wooden platform that sways north to south. The outline is behind the swing! Reward: Shiny Fire Flower, Shiny Ice Flower, Shiny POW Block, Burnhammer, Chillhammer, Baahammer. These will not respawn on subsequent visits.
World 3-10: Stump Glade
At the end of the quiz when you reach the final room with the Comet Piece, look for the outline on top of the crates. Reward: Square Can.
World 3-11: Holey Thicket
From the start, enter two more levels by following the exits on the right. Drop into a hole in the ground, then hop up the steps and enter the hole in the wall. In the next area, use the steps on the left to reach the outline above. Reward: Balloon.
World 3-12: Whitecap Beach
Enter the warp pipe to reach an area where the outline is against some rocks on the left. Reward: Newspaper.
World 4 Secret Doors
Five of the six levels in World 4 feature a single Secret Door location. World 4-4: Shaved-Ice Cave does not have a Secret Door spot.
World 4-1: Snow Rise
Enter the second area of the level. Look for the Secret Door icon along the lower path. There’s a sign up above on the higher path just above the Secret Door spot. Reward: Cell Phone.
World 4-2: Ice Flow
Enter the ice cavern and start hopping up the steps. Once you pass the frozen waterfall, go a bit south and drop off the ledge to land in an area in front of the Secret Door spot. Reward: Hair Dryer.
World 4-3: The Enigmansion
After entering the mansion, go west, then north, then follow the hallway and go north. This will take you to stairs that bring you to a set of stairs. Head all the way up to find your Secret Door spot at the end. Reward: Shortcut to Decalburg.
World 4-5: Whiteout Valley
From the entrance, walk to the right and enter the covered area with the Ice Bro. The Secret Door should be placed on the wall in the back. Reward: Flashlight.
World 4-6: Bowser’s Snow Fort
Start the level and to the line for the minecart ride. The empty line leads to the outline of the Secret Door! Reward: VIP access to minecart.
World 5 Secret Doors
All six levels in World 5 feature a single Secret Door location.
World 5-1: Shy Guy Jungle
Take the path on the right in the room with the Comet Piece. Disable the red plant with a hammer swing, then use it cross over into the next room on the right. Again, use the red plant to cross over the gap in this next room, and the Secret Door outline will be on your right. Reward: Tailor Shears.
World 5-2: Jungle Rapids
From the entrance, walk past the building to find a hidden area on the right. Secret Door outline is here! Reward: Mini Vacuum.
World 5-3: Long Fall Falls
Reach the Comet Piece at the end, then contine moving to the left. Jump over the gate to find a small area with the Secret Door outline. Reward: Luxurious Bed.
World 5-4: Chomp Ruins
Enter the outside area of the ruins and make your way to the second floor. From there, walk across the brige over the water and enter the first door you see. Once inside, stand on the flat portion of the spike trap and let it move you across the gap. The Secret Door spot is on the next spot you can stand on. Make sure to whack the wall with your hammer to get your Thing reward! Reward: Air Conditioner.
World 5-5: Rugged Road
Once the entrance area is frozen, use the ice to reach the Secret Door spot on the right side. Reward: Basin.
World 5-6: Rumble Volcano
Reach the highest floor of the volcano by riding the platform with the Chain Chomps, then enter the area on the left. The Secret Door outline will be along the wall! Reward: Guitar.
World 6 Secret Doors
Onlu one of the three levels in World 6 feature a Secret Door location. World 6-1: Gate Cliff and World 6-3: Bowser’s Sky Castle do not have Secret Door spots.
World 6-2: Bowser Jr.’s Flotilla
Enter the inside of the airshp and the Secret Door outline will be immediately behind you. Reward: Megaflash Jump, Shiny Hurlhammer, Shiny POW Block, Shiny Line Jump.
