Though, I must say...Sir Mario probably has a good reason of not being active this past week. Its probably personal business. But I'm not sure. I do feel bad for him though... From what I have seen the past two months...Sir Mario has done his duties right...but sometime in the middle of May...I haven't quite seen him do much.

If Sir Mario comes back anytime soon and gives us a slight good reason of why he wasn't active...I'd say he deserves his spot back as a Global Moderator.

No kidding or maybe just go back to the old system. I don't see why having a lot of staff members is a problem anyway. If theres more staff members then there are more people to help.

they weren't doing much help... we might as well make every member a staff member with that philosophy.

Like Regents? Cos high schoolers like me and Sir Mario have Regents and Finals coming up, which is why he's probably inactive. The only reason why I'm not inactive is because I'm capable of passing the finals without actually studying.

Well no offense but if you're gonna implement the asshole mentality that people gotta suck up losing their spot, you kinda gotta expect it in return.

And I was active during my finals but that's just cause I'm not smart enough to do a lot of studying.

I don't care about who is a mod or who isn't but don't drop them for bad reasons. You drop and replace members when they do something bad, not when "There were too many mods" There's nothing wrong with having 5 mods. If you ask me, there should be more like 7 or 8 mods. Here's what I propose,

Give everyone their position back. Don't use just Global Mods. Put them in charge of certain areas so they don't have to feel like they have to run the whole friggen forum. Use 2 or 3 mods for each main board like Mario party, general, and video games. This doesn't have to be so hard.

I don't say this as Yoshi12 of this forum. I say this as a former mod of a different forum who faced a similar problem. (Just so you know, I left the forum. They didn't fire me )

If you don't like my ideas, ignore me. I don't want to fight. Just end it soon.

Alright.
I was demodded as you all know, but I "sucked it up" and got on with my business.  I was demoded for some logical explanation, amending the forum. I guessed it would be better for the forum. Demodding Marioguy for no explanation is a massive difference and is not fine for the forum. Marioguy hasn't been active for a week, but he actually was doing his duties for his entire time in service.
To me I'm finding this decision like discarding a constructive instrument. Moving Marioguy on isn't right for what he's done.

Like cookieboy said, PM him and wait for him to return to see what's wrong.

Well apparently one of the G-Mods Aegis said he isnt gonna post must, TT followed that up (the forum advisors just gunna stalk), and Admin Vip said he wont post much either.

Clearly, you guys are doing something wrong for a G-Mod to not want to post and Vip to act like a fucking Kirby and duplicate Aegis's opinion into his own.

Btw I'm just here till Marioguy news is up, please dont ban me for being like Charizard or whatever nonsense Vip was saying in the shoutbox the other day. Good to know one of the admins here has no idea what hell he's talking about like usual.

The whole forum is falling apart more drastically because of the Mod Change. I'm sorry if we were strict and all, but come on guys, it's only a freaking Mod spot. Tbh, Berrylarry and Chubbo didn't deserve it in the first place and I think it was good that we removed them. The only ones I feel sorry for is Ether, but oh well. Marioguy post-pumped all the time, so I feel no sympathy for him. Sushi is a great replacement for him because he actually gives a crap about the site.

Apparently you don't know how to read. In the warning list, there is nobody warned for anything to do with Charizard from me. I didn't issue any warnings. I am on daily to help mod, if I did issue any warnings, prove it.

Also TT, I fixed that mistake, so you can't get me on that. I'm not asking to be mod or anything, I am just saying I was doing my job while I was mod. I might have had mistakes, but now that I'm not mod doesn't mean you have to bring up past mistakes. We have had staff changes, so please don't drag this on and on...

I know, but I don't even do that anymore, so why bring it up now? I didn't issue warnings, I might have posted, but I didn't issue any. I was trying to help, but if you don't need my help, I'm okay with that. I was just trying to help, but it clearly looks like "Aegis" has it under control, so I'll let him do what he think's is right. Anyways, if I did something wrong, you guys could've posted it in my blog, but apparently nobody cared to tell me anything. That's where you could give me feedback, so next time if I am ever mod again, please post there about it.
