After some deep thinking and decision making, the Gmods, TT :)P), and the Admins have decided that we will go forth with the plan to do an all Gmod and Admin Staff. Sadly, this means that our current mods will have to step down from their positions. This was not an easy choice to make but we are trying to make the Forum the best it can be and right now this our plan to do so.

With that I would like to personally say thanks to Sushi Boy for all the work and contributions made to the Mario Party boards along with berrylarry who also helped a great deal. Ether also did a great job keeping the General boards at bay, keeping spam away. And Chubbo for the hard effort put into keeping the Forum/Site boards tidy and spam-free. From here on out, I can only see the Forum growing into a bigger community and if we can accomplish that, we can also see extra additions to the staff. Thanks to the work you guys have done, we know where to look when it comes to Staff choices again. :)

We also decided that we were going to add a fourth Gmod to the Staff. Again, another hard choice to make. Everyone qualified for the spot but we ultimately choose Ryoux. Congratulations! :)

As for Sushi Boy, BL, JxT and Chubbo...I'm sorry to hear this. But someday you guys might make a position for a Global Moderator. You never know.

This. I'd be pretty annoyed if I was made a mod, then de-modded simply because the people who chose to make me a mod in the first place didn't take the time to think everything through.

Thats what I was saying on MPF. They made all these people staff members prematurely and its sad that mods who did nothing wrong kinda got punished.

Chubbo, Ether & Sushiboy are all great members. I just want to make sure they know that. I don't think they are incompetent by any means.

Yeah, Sushi and Chubbo apparently wont be as active here cause of it and I can't really blame them.
 
I'll try to stay active, but since I became mod, I spent more time on the forum to make sure nothing was wrong, I gave suggestions, kept my boards cleaned, and tried to keep the noobs from spamming up the intro/goodbye topics. Sushi helped save the Mario Party boards so he shouldn't have lost his job, he was helping the forum, keeping it clean, spam-free, and noob clean.Now that we can't help, I don't know what to do. I hope we can go back to what it was. There was no problem with the staff, who cares if we had too many of us, we kept this forum up and running. We were doing a great job and we all got along. I know we couldn't all agree on some things, but everything was great. The staff wasn't the problem. Now with the new change, we won't have as many people fixing up the problems. Sushi and I are more active and we would love to help the site. We don't want this forum to be done, we want to keep it going with all the members and the conversation. We've tried our best and still are here to help. Just have to let everything go as is, I hope this forum will stay enjoyable.
