Mario Party DS did show Nintendo did listen what do you make of that one (The DS game).
I really did not like Mario Party 8, it took a long time for turns, and the basics of the games just weren't good.

I don't hate Mario Party 8 but I've played a lot of better games.
It reminds me of Super Mario Sunshine it had bad reviews BUT THEIR'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DAMM ME.

+Some of the minigames sucks
+MC Ballyhoo was super annoying.
+70% of the boards are boring.
+Solo Mode was awful.

Sorry dude, but I'm with Aegis and the other guys here. You need to play with the classics before considering MP8 the best. I wouldn't count the sales to say that MP8 was a good game.. (Honestly, it was a horrible MP. Worst one I've ever played.)

It was trying to take advantage of the Wii remote more than anything else.
Mario Party DS was the last Mario Party game and a lot of people forget this and start going on about MP8.
Mario Party Advanced is a lot worse than Mario Party 8 by a long shot.

Probably a reason why the possibilities of MP9 are slim is because the latest installments (MPDS and MP8) weren't very good compared to the other MP's.
