I wouldn't call a game that came out in July new. The game launched nearly 6 months ago at a premium price and came with some extra stuff. Now it's still $50 and only got $13. I wouldn't call it a killer deal. I'd rather wait until it's cheaper or used down the line if I didn't already own it.
Plus if you owned Fire Emblem Awakening before you got SMT:IV you essentially bought it for $20.

If I can get 13 bucks off a game I'd consider it a good deal especially off a niche title but whatever. I'll thank VIP for posting it since if I didn't already have it I would've bought it at that price since that's the lowest I've seen it.
