Each of Super Mario Party Jamboree’s seven boards offer a mix of unique ideas and features reminiscent of those in past entries in the series. The objective of each board remains the same — reach the Star and purchase it for 20 coins, but each board has its own gimmick that keeps this simple concept fresh.

Mega Wiggler’s Tree Party
Mega Wiggler’s Tree Party is unlocked from the start and features a rotating star spot. The main gimmick is a massive Wiggler that rotates around the center of the board every time a bell is triggered through an event space, or if the board exclusive Wiggler Bell item is used. With each move, Wiggler creates a new connecting path using the spaces on its back. Other events include a bee hive that pours out coins if poked carefully and Piranha Plants that steal a larger amount of coins after each visit.

Roll ’em Raceway
Roll ’em Raceway is unlocked from the start and features two rotating star spots locked within two split paths in what is mostly a linear board. Speed is the goal here as players zoom around the board using karts along with the board exclusive Turbo Dice item lets you roll four dice in one turn. Events in this board include a Broozer that will push you through one of paths, jump pads that will launch your kart to another spot on the board, and a Dice Stop area that will fill up your inventory with dice items for 10 coins.

Goomba Lagoon
Goomba Lagoon is unlocked from the start and features a rotating star spot. Two main gimmicks for this one, the first of which involves the raising and lowering of the tides. When the tide is low, paths connect the areas on higher ground. When the tide is up, those paths disappear and several areas turn into islands with looping paths. The second gimmick involves either Gold Goombas or Podoboos getting spit out of the top when of the erupting volcano that will land on spaces across the board. Passing a Gold Goomba gives you three coins while stepping in a lava spot will take three coins away. The board exclusive Tide Shell item will change the tides on command.

Rainbow Galleria
Rainbow Galleria is unlocked from the start and features a rotating star spot. The trendy mall is filled with different shops and stalls, many of which sell unique items. Escalators and elevators are used to traverse up and down the three floors, and stamps can be collected and traded in for coins. The board exclusive Markup Sticker item can be used on an opponent to double the price of items and stars for one turn.

Western Land
Western Land is unlocked after reaching Silver Player Rank (level 10) and features a rotating star spot. Steamer the train can be ridden or called to get from one train station to another, and anyone caught in its path is sent right back to the start of the board. This remade version of Western Land features several new junctions and paths, changes to Skeleton Key doors, two additional item shops, and the new board exclusive Steamer Ticket item that lets you call Steamer to a station he is not currently at. The hootenanny event where you can call all players to a single spot returns, but this time you have to land on an event space to trigger the event and you can also call a single player to the space.
This board is originally from Mario Party 2.

Mario’s Rainbow Castle
Mario’s Rainbow Castle is unlocked after reaching Gold Player Rank (level 20) and features a stationary star spot. Reach the end of the board to get a chance to buy a star from Yellow Toad, but be wary. After someone leaves the top of the tower and returns to the start of the board, the tower will flip and put Imposter Bowser in control. Avoid him, otherwise you’ll be forced to buy a Ztar for 20 coins. Event spaces will swap the tower instantly, and the new board exclusive Tower Turner item gives players a chance to swap the tower wherever they are. This remade version of Mario’s Rainbow Castle features an item shop that will flip between Koopa and Kamek every time someone purchases an item.
This board is originally from the first Mario Party.

King Bowser’s Keep
King Bowser’s Keep is unlocked after reaching Diamond Player Rank (level 30) or by completing the Party-Planner Trek mode. Imposter Bowser looms over the center of the board and watches over the surrounding Bowser Byway. This unique path has several Bowser spaces that trigger a roulette right at the path. Anything stolen from this area gets sent to a vault on the right side of the board, and the vault can only be opened by punching in a secret passcode. The path direction of the dangerous path can be flipped by landing on an event space or by using the board exclusive Bowser Byway Lever item.
