Unpopular Opinions

I don't know if I have spent too much time on tumblr, but I know a lot of people love it too, including myself.

I know I have quite a few of ''unpopular'' opinions, can't really say if they are unpopular or not.
- 80's music is great, but far from being the best and today's music is great and not the worst. Music is subjective and every generation has its good amount of great and bad music.
- Seafood is amazing, fish is great. (I know quite a lot of people who don't)
- Avengers: Age of Ultron was a great movie and didn't really deserve the critics it got. They weren't exactly bad, but nowhere near as good some of the past movies.
- Speaking of movies, the whole Transformers series sucks. The only watchable movie is the first one, the others just suck way too much to sit and watch them over again.
- Like most of the stuff I have mentioned, it is pretty much subjective. Living in Canada, I'm exposed to hockey almost everyday. I don't see the appeal of hockey and I find some other sports way more interesting to watch and/or play. Then again, it must be some of the hardcore fans who have left a slightly bad impression from the sport.

- I much prefer soundtracks as opposed to actual songs (and not necessarily video game OSTs either, just that I generally dislike vocals/lyrics lol)
As in I prefer hearing something like Woody - Since Then over something like One Direction or Gangnam Style for instance. :p

- I HATE Sushi. A lot of people like it, I don't.

- I don't think chocolate is as great as everyone makes it out to be, I mean I enjoy it but not as much as some other sweets. =P

- I don't like movies as I lose my attention on them very easily.

The world is a lot better place than from the past more than people think. Just general naysayers who speak distastefully of the present. Ex: Kids these days are horrible. I hear this all the time. I guarantee you every generation has said this of their subsequent generation since forever.

I'd actually argue this and say the United States is a lot better than what most people think about it. There are a lot of parts of the world where people are struggling for food or have to worry about waking up the next morning.

Also yeah, most parents are afraid of their kids generation.

Yeah, I mean, America certainly has its issues and we have a ways to go before we can completely resolve those issues (some of which probably won't be solved at all because of human nature and all of that bulls***), but honestly, I'm kind of glad I was born in a country like America and not a country like, say, North Korea.

Almost every song that is popular these days is a song I find terrible. Just let me stay in my world of '90s punk rock.
Surprised you don't prefer three minute upbeat songs with simple chords using keyboards, and instead prefer three minute upbeat songs with simple chords using guitars.

It's the lyrics. I hate how every song these days is about love. Songs about the idiocy of Americans (Green Day- American Idiot) are more fun to listen to then the potential of receiving a telephone call. (Carly Rae Jepsen- Call Me Maybe)

Green Day has a ton of songs about love. 21st Century Breakdown's concept is entirely on love.

lots of classic rock songs are about sex too so that could be taken as love? So what's your argument here.
