Time Zones

What time is it supposed to be in the US? The only time I've seen 2400 is when an extra minute has to be added as a result of the relativity issues with time.

That's what I'm trying to figure out. This is all I have to work with:

It looks like the Nintendo Directs are at different times so I can't really compare.
