As things stand, we're about to enter something I'd like to call the
Stalemate Clause, in which I've only briefly talked about in the other game. This will come into play when either the
Ice Mage or
Horseman are killed, as they are the only two capable of breaking it. Within the
Stalemate Clause, one player will be able to hide endlessly and thus never end the match, in which the only way to end it is have either player come out (which typically causes negative effects for that player). In that case, the player whom causes said stalemate. Basically -
NFan causes the Stalemate Clause when the Horseman dies, and
Sashe causes the Stalemate Clause when the Ice Mage dies
In
NFan's case, it will be because
the only remaining unit for Sashe is the one who protects the fort, meaning
NFan can keep his distance while slowly picking off the final unit, in this case,
NFan will be given a
Overthrow Victory, where he can rout all the enemies
or capture the fort based on what
Sashe chooses.
In
Sashe's case,
none of NFan's units will be able to damage the unit on the fort, meaning in order for
Sashe to secure victory, he has to try and make his
Army Value greater than that of
NFan to secure a
Stalemate Victory, or he can capture
NFan's fort with the
Horseman to secure a
Capture Victory.
*If the Horseman dies before either of these two conditions are met, then the game will end in a Stalemate regardless.
However, in order to less complicate things for you guys, simply killing the Ice Mage will already drop NFan's army value below that of Sashe's.
As such, if either the Ice Mage or Any unit in Sashe's Army dies (despite how unlikely the Armoured Knight is going to die before the Horseman), the game will end.
Actually, forget what I just crossed out. I counted over your totals and noticed there was a slight error in Sashe's army value. (Forgot to drop 3 value for the Ballastician's item.

)
Take this in mind. Good day.
