I'm not really going to see those trailers and such cause I think it already spoils like half the game.

I only look at, like, the official trailers. Not the ones that really get into the game, so I feel you. =P

Lol. Looks like Cloud Mario was spoiled for you then since you have it as your avatar. :p

Gametrailers have gotten 6 (or 7, I forgot) with the staff actually playing 4 different galaxies off screen!

SPOILER ALERT!: if you don't want to know info on galaxies, characters, or items, then don't click on this

Mario collects stars as he travels from galaxy to galaxy. Every level is new, but the game retains the charm, sense of wonder and beauty in line with Mario’s history. Mario works his way through the various levels, sometimes upside-down, sometimes floating from place to place.

On some stages, Mario can find an egg, smash it open and hop onto the back of Yoshi. Yoshi can use his tongue to grab items and shoot them back at enemies, or to snag attach points and swing across chasms.

Yoshi has an interesting diet. When he eats a Dash Pepper, he gets so hot and frenzied he can run up steep inclines and vertical walls. When he eats a Blimp Fruit, he inflates like a balloon and floats to new heights.

New power-ups include a drill that Mario uses to tunnel through the planet’s surface all the way to the other side of a planet.

Skilled players will want to collect new Comet Metals, which will unlock harder levels with even more challenges

I can't wait to see how the Comet Metals turn out, maybe Nintendo will actually live up to its word when they said they're making SMG2 harder.

Wow. A lot being expected. I wonder what DOES happen when you get 120 stars. Miyamoto did say that there was 240+ stars total in the game. I hope it's not like the 1st Mario Galaxy where all you get is Luigi. Luigi is cool, but something more than just Luigi and slightly harder levels would be better.

Luigi can be switched between Mario at any time during the game once you unlock him. So, I believe that there are 240+ unique stars (as in different missions).

Actually, Luigi in SMG2 becomes playable when you get around 20 stars, but not in each level.
