Have you ever been scammed on the internet or anywhere else?

About 10 years ago, our car needed a new tire put on. We went to Big O' Tires to get it replaced. While they were doing that, my mom's friend caught the employees taking out our good spare tire and replacing it with a crappy tire. We almost lost our spare tire, but thankfully we had her to help.

Wow that's mad in depth lol. Anyone who pays that has to be a complete dumbass and then they eventually realize they're broke.

I get plenty of emails telling me our domain name is about to expire. Even though I got a three year plan that won't be ending anytime soon. I get them in the actual mail sometimes too.

Whenever something like that comes my way, it's usually by phone and a machine, and we usually hang up on iy.

But those where it's someone actually talking to you can be quite fun to mess around with...
(my dad once spent 30 mins. talking to someone about getting some free money, and every 5 mins. I believe my dad kept asking when the money's going to come in ~ he of course didn't accept what was offered, though)

I actually only fell for a scam once that i won't be making again anytime soon.

What happened was i got an email to get a free $1000 Walmart Gift Card”
but when i filled everything out” it said it was going to direct me to a person to finish the information, and that i would get my $1000 Walmart Gift Card, then it told me to wait while a Represenitive is found, and all i got was Crappy Elevater type music for like 20 minutes”
then i just said screw it and i hung up.

I knew it was a scam, but i kinda wish it wasn't

Who really fall for these scams....?
I don't fall for scams because they are too good to be true, can't be traced with some program I have and if it is traced, it's from like Europe or some shit
