Skip WipEout and get Dead Nation instead

Anyways, so my boyfriend did the Welcome Back thing, selected Dead Nation and inFAMOUS. But they never downloaded. He followed all the directions & he can no longer choose PS3 games, but nothing downloaded to his PS3. I don't know if this is an isolated incident or what, but he was pretty annoyed.

I'll let him know about that. But the thing is, he already picked the games. They just never downloaded. Pretty much after he selected them, nothing happened except the option to select the free PS3 games was gone.
