PSN Problems

Snowy, just since you're falling back to your (not troll, but irritating) self again, I'm going to note this as a warning. Take it to heart and be wary of what could follow. (Have fun pushing us over.)

Cutting the crap about political technicalites and whatnot, so we've heard Sony was being attacked. Now does that mean their main website is under threat from hackers, or is there a virus on the loose in their database, or what? And is it going to affect the PSN or not?

@Dark Boo - ironic more than funny, but still poignant.

@Kyle - cut the crap and find someone else to support. Or make your own judgements. You're safe from being noted for now.

Warning for what?

HJ - it's a mental warning. I feel as if Snowy's displaying what I would simplistically label as a rebellious stance, through his replies which although are continuing the conversation, appear to be designed more for inflicting hurt than resolving the momentary deviation from the issue at hand. Also, I would have preferred if Snowy could add some more info to the political correctness posts he made. Then again, just my feeling. Feel free to remove the warn (not that it's logged on him, I don't use that system anymore).

My last post on the situation, but whose to say he wasn't kidding? I don't think Cook took it offensively, seeing as he questioned the warning itself. Also, I should be able to support whoever I like. Make my own judgements? I was supporting the joke, not like I was trying to contribute to a fight, or anything of the sort. Take a chill pill.  :p

Now, back to serious business, the website has been hacked into. Not sure if they left a tunnel back in for further damage later, or not. I'm pretty sure they're just stealing info from the internet service being provided. It's possible they could send out viruses, though.

Finally, no, it should not affect PSN in any way.

The hackers might be douches, but Sony should be able to prevent this kind of thing. Its not too often that major hacks/attacks like this happen to large organizations, and when they do its usually isolated. Its not several in a row. I wouldn't ditch Sony over it, but I also would be pulling any of my personal data out of PSN right now just to be safe.

Thanks buddy

Hacked yet again lol.

Seriously, Sony could ruin themselves if they don't get their shit together. Downtime sucks but people nare forgiving about that. They won't be so forgiving if their credit card data is stolen.

Sony should take it offline until they can guarantee that nobody's data is in trouble.

Also, I smell a class action suit.
