Ok, I have found out the IGN Mystery game. It's Excitebike for WiiWare(I think) But then, there is still the Charles Martinet case. 1 down, and one to go. And it's a 100% chance that it's a Mario game.

If they are going to continue the Mario Sport flagship freanchises, they could make another MG or MT. Otherwise, I expect MP9. I doubt it will be an RPG, though.

And it looks like Mario Party Arcade 3 is like a reviewed version of Mario Party 8(same voices could be used). Like how the first one was a reviewed version of Mario Party 5.

Mario Party Arcade 3 uses the same character sounds as Mario Party 8. Just like how the Mario Party 5 reviewed arcade game had the same voices as MP5. And there wouldn't be any point getting new voices, as it will be a waste of money.
