I'm definitely going to Vote No Lynch, however we do have to consider that as a town we have no power roles, plus we are being attacked on two fronts. I feel as if we need to start discussing and make some calculated votes from Day 2 onward if we're going to win.

I was thinking that since Slacker already gave us the role distribution, we know that there are seven players know at least one other person. The Toadsworths are the wildcard in this game for the way they play can very well determine a win or loss for town - at the wrong time, they can be suspected of being scum and that could result in some easy kills for the mafia; while a well-played collective claim can very well narrow down the list of suspects to the scum themselves.

From my feeling it would be safe for Toadsworths to roleclaim when they are all alive, for if they try it when they lose one of their own, the mafia could counterclaim. (It's probably too late in the game if a sole surviving Toadsworth claimed even though it's safer than if two survivors claimed.) But this early in the game it'd just open them up to being killed by mafia.

Nothing appeared to stir throughout the night. However, upon waking, the group found both Vip and Yoshiman dead!

Hm... Well No Lynch wouldn't really do us any good, as this game is essentially lynches and nightkills only, so we'll definitely have to use our wits to try and discover the mafia. For now, I will not vote and see what anyone else will say.

Well, damn, two deaths already. ._. Not going well for us at all...

We didn't get much discussion out of Yoshiman and my conversation which really isn't helping our investigations. At this point (like I said last Day Phase) the Toadsworths shouldn't be roleclaiming now since a mafia group could easily counterclaim and raise suspicion on them.

What do you think the motivation to kill VIP was? I can see that a mafia would want to silence Yoshiman for trying to talk up yesterday (which means that I could well be next tonight :mute, but I don't understand why someone would want to knock off VIP (I don't want to bring metagame into this)...

I can't say that anyone is piquing any real interest right now, so I'm all ears to what you guys think about the night's events and that miniscule discussion from last day phase.

I think the best way to deal with this is to be smart and not get so paranoid your afraid to speak.  Because if nobody spoke, this may as well be a really bad luck based mario party minigame.
