I'm sorry, but there isn't anything else I could think of at the moment. It's not that hard, you could just use the Paint program. Everyone at least has done a bit of art in their lives, though. I didn't want to do questions since it's getting repetitive.

Can't we just do like some puzzles? Like Take away 3 sticks to have 3 squares left or Sudoku or Magic Boxes(where all the rows, columns, and diagonals must add up to a certain number)? and I haven't done art on the computer

It's hard to do some sort of puzzle on an activity like this. Everyone might get the whole thing correct and scoring system might be out of whack for that.

Yeah like it's just not fair. Making sigs is a skill, I know 2 people from Scarlet Stars know how to make good sigs: H-J and Spirit. If they both make a sig, guaranteed they'll win and we'll lose again.

If you're worried about losing, you should at least try your best to make one. Of course, if you don't create one by then, you'll end up with a 0 for sure.
