The moment you've been waiting for! This is the Mario Party Legacy Survivor! There are 16 members who will compete head-to-head to be the last one standing! There will be many challenges and hardships along the way, and vote out one of your own as we go. There are two tribes, Team Sexy and Scarlet Stars. The teams will compete in trivia questions or puzzle solving, or something else...maybe. If a team loses, you will have to go to tribal council and vote of one of their own. This competition isn't meant for the weak and will require knowledge, patience, and inner strength. Only one of these fellow contestants can be the winner.

Welcome to SuperZambezi's Island. You all have been separated into two tribes, Team Sexy and Scarlet Stars. You will have to compete in trivia and puzzle challenges to keep yourself here. Your first challenge will be trivia about the series SUPER SMASH BROS.
You are to PM me (Vipsoccermaster) your answers once the questions are posted. You will send me your answers via PM. Once I get all the answers from all the members, I will post the answers here and the results of the challenge here. If your tribe loses, you will have to PM me your vote of someone on your tribe you wanted voted off. Once the game reaches 9 members, all the remaining members from both tribes will merge into one tribe. Only one person will win the challenges from then on, and everybody will have to PM me their vote. Votes can be purely random, alliance based, or purely strategic.

Now, here are the RULES. READ THEM.

1. Even though you are in teams, you are on your own for the answers to the questions I put up. This means that you are NOT to consult your teammates for the answers at all. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. Even though I can't tell, you are NOT to use Google or any search engines to find the answers. This takes the fun away. You must do your best to memorize what you know. Some questions will be easy, some are hard. Don't worry about the ones that seem hard. Do your best to answer them on your own. Again, NO Google or any Search Engines. If you do not know the answer to a question you don't know, you will just have to give it your best guess.

3. Do not post your answers here. If you do it by accident, edit it out quickly. If your answer is posted, then YOUR POST WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING, and you will be removed from the game. Don't try it. It is just not worth taking a chance on this.

Alright, here is the Round 1 questions. This round will be shorter and easier than the rest as it is the first. Obviously, don't search up the answers if you don't know them (play fair) and PM me your answers. DON'T POST THEM HERE!

1. What game has very many striking similarities to Brawl when comparing the menus?

2. What color Yoshis were not featured in Smash 64, but were featured in Melee/Brawl?

3. List the three past stages that were featured in Melee.

4. What 4 moves does Pikachu use for its special moves in Brawl?

5. What character is featured the most in the SSE? (Can be used in the highest amount of stages)

6. How many Golden Hammers are there on the Challenge board in Brawl?

7. What trophy in Melee required you to have saved data on your Memory Card in order to unlock it?

8. Who are the 4 unlockable characters in Smash 64 and what is the unlockable stage?

9. When did Brawl come out in Japan?

10. What famous Smash player appeared on Survivor?

11. Who were the characters that had little character data on the Brawl disc but were no where to be found in the game itself?

12. Who is the fastest faller (playable character) in each of the three games? (I need 3 different answers)

Each questions is worth 1 point. I'll total all of the correct answers from your team and divide it by 8.

Basically, do we try to answer as much questions as we can? For question number 1, are you refering to the smash bros series? for question 12, what does fastest faller mean? and for some questions where we have to give you multiple answers(like question 8 and 12), what if we don't give you all the answers? do we get like half points then?

No, you would get 0.5 or 1 point based on how correct your answer is. I count the number of answers correct for each team, then I will divide it by the number of players on the team [in this case, 8] to get the average points for the team.

Well, it's actually easy for me to do this kind of point system, and I think it's also fair. I don't want them to complain that they didn't get the point for partial answers, so I made 0.5 points possible.
 
Is there a deadline for us to answer or is do we move on to the next round when everyone has answered? I have some more questions that occured to me... For question 4, do we name the actual moves? I don't exactly understand question 11 and for question 9, do we give just the year and month? or the day, month and year?
 
Some of these questions are retarded. How would people know most of these questions anyways? I only knew some of these through my time at Smashboards, but still, I doubt not one member is gonna get all of these questions right.

I would put up a deadline, but I would rather not to. We move on until everyone has answered. It's kind of unfair if they didn't, because they would hurt their own team average score. Questions 4, yes, name the actual moves. Question 9, month, day, and year. And Question 11, it's characters that had the information on the disc, but nowhere in the game itself.

That's the whole point of this sentence in the first post, which sums it up: This competition isn't meant for the weak and will require knowledge, patience, and inner strength.
 
This isn't the show, you know.

It's a frigging quiz show.

We're not on an actual island.

We cannot possibly do any physical challenges.

So, treat this like the poorman's version it is.
 
Uh huh... Well, this is kinda difficult, because I have hardly any knowledge of Mario Party/SSB. Probably should have figured that, since this is a Mario forum... Well. I'm gettin ready to be booted off. If I somehow don't, we should make some general trivia questions. I would do better. I agree with Aegis... =P
