MK8 DLC Pack 3 & 4 predictions

I've put a lot of thought into this topic, I've been wondering if they will or not make a pack 3 & 4 because that'd basically be mario kart 9 in 8 but you never know with Nintendo. I predict the packs will be Metroid and Kid Icarus and this will be its content

Well you all still love pack 1 and 2 anyway, and it's Nintendo. They can decide whatever they want with Mario Kart and I wouldn't care :p

Yeah, I wouldn't buy any non-Mario character anymore, other than Captain Falcon or Kirby, which would make sense.

@Bowser498 Ness is never happening.
Most people have no idea who he is, plus he's co-owned by Ape Inc. and Shigesato Itoi.
And Pikachu is also co-owned with Game Freak and Creatures Inc.
(Kirby is co-owned with HAL Labs, but they have a really close relationship with Nintendo).

No it's not.
That's the big reason, as to what Sakurai meant when he said the Smash Soundtrack can't be sold in stores or digitally.
There is licensing issues because of Pokémon and EarthBound/Mother.
They will definitely never be in Mario Kart.
Plus, nobody wants Ness in Mario Kart, other than the small fanbase of Mother that actually likes Mario Kart.
Most Mario Kart players don't know who he is.

Kirby could definitely happen, and I hope he does.
HAL Laboratory will let Nintendo use Kirby whenever they want to, as long as it's not ridiculous.

No, it does not mean more tracks or DLC packs. The outlook for the fiscal year (April 1, 2015 - March 31, 2016) states we would get DLC, but the fact is, that we already have that DLC. The Animal Crossing DLC pack came on April 23, 2015, which is part of their new fiscal year. These statements were likely made prior to April 1, 2015, but they didn't make it public until now.
