ND Cube is probably trying to make Mario Party 9 a lot differently than what Hudson did in the previous installments. ND Cube is taking Hudson's mistakes and reverse them.

The employees at Hudson Soft who made the previous Mario Party games moved over the Nd Cube, so it's still the same team.

I hope that the edition to having Bowser Jr. mini games will have a good amount. Mario Party 8 and DS didn't have any Bowser games which took off some of the challenge in playing the mini games. I hope that Bowser mini games will be put on, unless a Bowser game board covers it.

Me too. I love Bowser minigames (well, not so much in some of the GCN titles) so I think they'll be good. :3

That's a little doubtful. I hope that there is a mini game island, that'll definitely make up for Mario Party 8. And a Decathlon mode too.

I don't want that many mini-games because it seems like the more and more you make, at least 1/2 of them end up being crappy and not well built. 70 - 80 is good enough for me

I hope they have:
30 4player minigames

15 2vs2 minigames

15 1vs3 minigames

40 Duel minigames

10 Battle minigames

5 of those Bowser jr minigames

Which make it a total of 115 minigames. Like Mario Party 7.

40 duel mini-games is waaaaayyyy too much. And Mario Party 7 had 88 mini-games, not 115 : Besides, like Cook said in another topic, more doesn't necessarily mean better.

Yes, I believe this, although alot is good, we want quality type not some thrown in your face shit

I agree. Also have skilled mini-games, and creative ones. And keep luck mini-games to a low number, like no more than 3. So far, we probably seen 0 so far, that's excellent for the most part.

I'd say that there should be about 80 - 100, but no more than that. Save some of the unnecessary ones for the future installments.
