Mario Party 5 Super Duel Mode

I remember having two friends being crazy over this mode.

This was something different, something to take a break from actual Partying. It was alright.

I've always loved this mode. To get easy points I host a 50-turn party on a random board and set all players to Hard-COM. The fact that only you have no idea when Battle Games happened anymore are a serious roadblock in getting a good weapon. So when I play Mini-Game mode I had straight for the Battle Game section.

I think they should have more games like this in mario party. I like customizing my car, but having to battle a million Koopa kids is annoying.

Super Duel Mode was an alright little thing going on. I beat all 3 of the tournaments for it and unlocked everything in it (being able to buy all the battle minigame parts was a long task to manage).  But I never play it in my spare time because it isn't really that great.

Ironically, I agree with this guy again.
