Kiddy Kong exists, but hasn't been playable since DKC3.

Baby Wario exists as well, but was in Yoshi's Island DS.

I don't really have an opinion about Bandit.
I agree strongly about Toadette, but neutral about Rosalina.
I think DK, Diddy, and Dixie Kong should at least stay.  I agree to kick out all of the other ones.
I can't help to agree about the Mario babies though.  :/  (That was one of the reasons why I didn't like Mario Kart Wii much.)
 
My next Mario baseball roster as 3DS or Wii U

Bird and last guy are to small...
Funky is hardley ever used anymore.

Wario/ Waluigi team:
Baby Wario... maybe
Babie Waluigi isn't even a real character and frankly looks kinda ugly

Rosalina team:
Everyone other than yellow Luma and Honey Queen is highly unlikely


King K. Kruel team:
He is most likely a player along with Kritter and everyone else is unlikely.

Baby Daisy is debut in Mario Kart Wii. Namco Bandai makes Baby Waluigi debut is possible. Waluigi creater is Camelot.

And They really don't making Queen Bee getting before they make rest kongs or babies getting them.
Rosalina is non-exist every Mario spin-offs from not named Mario Kart.
