I must agree.DKH said:It's pretty funny how everyone here bashes Sony/Nintendo and their 'fanboys', when most, if not all of you are just Nintendo fanboys who refuse to open your eyes to the other companies -.- Gaming isn't supposed to be segregation. It's supposed to bring people together to play games.![]()
As a kid, the only thing I had in my mouth about video games was Nintendo. During almost 12 years, all I played was Nintendo games for the only reason that my parents thought other consoles were a bit more ''violent'' which is totally false. It made me hate both Microsoft and Sony. Christmas 2008, I wanted a Wii as a gift, but what I got instead was a PS3. I was highly disappointed, but when I think about it, it's one of the best things that happened in my life (talking about vg obviously). For the first couple of months, I tried to avoid my PS3. My parents and big brothers slowly got games to play on it. Then, I finally decided to play games on my PS3. The first days, obviously it wasn't the same of what I had experienced in my past. I must say that after 4 years, PS3 has been one of the best consoles I have ever tried. I regret my 12 years of bashing and hating on Sony and Microsoft. It made me realize that I was completely stupid and ignorant.
All that to simply say that being a fanboy is completely stupid. It's just ridiculous and it'll bring you nowhere in life. If you have tried one of Sony's or Micro's consoles and didn't like it, that's okay, but bashing and hating other companies is simply pointless. I tried an Xbox and it wasn't my thing, but it's still not a reason to hate it and say it's the worst company ever. Something people must understand is that Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft are three different companies that will try to get more money than the others and be successful. They all have their good side and bad side. Honestly, I couldn't say one is better than the other. Anyways, being a fanboy of whatever console is stupid, ridiculous and pointless as I said before.
