And not knowing the whole story clearly does not help the situation at all.
I admit losing my temper, but it's not like I flamed her constanly, only 1 post. Which was instigated when I was mad at MPF for bashing us.
If there's anything I can do to show you that I mean well, then by all means, lay it on me. But this accusation against me is totally blown out of proportion and fueled by hatred against me (for some stupid reasons unknown to me)

The topic on MPF has no bearing here. It really doesn't matter what went on there. Just like it doesn't really matter that Aegis flamed TT on MPF (although I know I wouldn't want someone who flames people and attacks other sites as a staff member on my forum/site). Aegis still flamed on here, as an admin. There is no anti-Aegis campaign. He has not acted maturely and has shown he obviously can't handle small disagreements like an admin should. I might have only been one member, but an admin shouldn't flame anyone. He says he's going to change and do anything to make it up, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. If he was a global mod and this happened, I might say give him another chance. But he's the ADMIN. And he's breaking rules. That's not good for a forum. I could have told you this stuff would happen with Aegis as admin. He pulls this stuff all the time.
Aegis shouldn't be kept on because there's nobody else to take his place. Just remove him, no need for a replacement (2 admins plus the rest of the staff is enough to handle this place). And he shouldn't be kept on simply because he has some good ideas yet he's breaking rules. There are lots of people capable of having good ideas AND following the rules and setting a good example for the forum.
