Hmm. Let me review everything slowly.

Aegis is causing mayhem. This is like the first week he's been admin and look what he's done. On the MPF topic, it wasn't meant for flaming, only for telling events happening on the site. But Aegis, he is just flaming up a storm. TT even said he'll settle this with him on AIM, but Aegis is ignoring and told one of his friends to post porn on MPF. >.>
Simple question is; Should Aegis be de-admined? I sure think so. I don't think a admin flames alot and does this nonsense. Does anyone else agree?
Re bold text: From memory, Aegis posted once which was purely motivated by flaming. Towards MPF in general (and at TT for comments not here...), and Ama. While I certainly am ambivalent towards Ama's comments, I do suppose it is rather unjustified. However, I would like a redirect or text quote so I can see the EXTENT of the flaming.
I will address the position later.

I do not feel safe having an admin that flames, won't settle things peacefully, and an admin that goes around inviting trolls to flame and post mature content. I will not let this site have an admin with bad qualities. I feel it is unfair for him to be admin when he complained all the time about the staff. The only reason Aegis is admin because he complained a lot and he made VIP leave his admin spot when he went on a ragequit saying he wouldn't come back unless VIP wasn't admin and when he came back he was SUPRISINGLY admin.
Point taken. The ragequit was very very obvious, for those who were here.

Maybe he shouldn't even be mod... I'm not sure. The only thing I know is he shouldn't be admin for this immature behavior. >.<
It is true that choosing to flame some
one over some
thing like how a forum is "bad" is inappropriate and immature, if you put it like that.

I agree, he was complaining about VIP being admin so what made him think he could do better? and a flaming Admin is not good for the forum people may wind up quiting. and he was being kinda of a brat by leavin and saying he wont come back unless VIP isnt an admin.
Interesting spin. And as Berry said, Admins who act contrary to the rules doesn't set a good example...

Aegis should be De-Admined, he constantly flames and handles situations immaturely. He shouldn't be a G-Mod either, none of the staff should be allowed to constantly break rules and continue being a staff.
Re the bold: aside from this recent event and the VIP Admin issue, do we have a source of his flaming?
Re GMod: point taken.

Even though VIP wasnt all that good (no offence to him) he was waay better he didnt flame people
No member should have to flame. >_>

Ganging up on aegis, eh? The way I see it, drama has always been happening on this site with or without him.
You guys (the members) are the problem.
If they were, then it would be an issue of Aegis finding a problem with us, which isn't the case. The main issue is that unnecessary drama carried across from elsewhere to here is not acceptable. And no, we are not "ganging up", just making critical observations.

VIP was great, there's like only 2 things he didn't do well.
1. Send unecessary warnings
2. Waiting for SZ ALL THE TIME
Though the 2nd one being important, he actually cared about this site and took his job seriously, VIP may not be a good admin, but he would be a good G-Mod imo. But Aegis should just...
Re 1: Perhaps it's a force of habit, but such an action may imply discipline.
Re 2: No scruples here.

But yeah, I agree with TT and MLYW. MLYW has a valid point. He constantly broke rules as staff, that's not showing valid signs of being on staff.
I'd like to say that Sir Mario indirectly caused all this. Last week has been hectic, especially yesterday.
@Dodger: 2. Yeah, I'm sorry, I just didn't want to do something that might cause an uproar or accident. I had this fear for a long time, ever since December 2008.
Re Sir Mario: Please, it's not good for Sir Mario himself to put it like this.

I would be okay with VIP being back, he was also an active member. If VIP were to go back, he'd have to step up like H-J and keep everything going (No offense VIP). Aegis just isn't being mature ever since he got his promotion to Admin. He has been breaking rules since his staff promotion. If he's going to cause mayhem, then he shouldn't be on staff. VIP can do more than Aegis.
Re stepping up: that's true, Admin duty is a huge step above GMod, as VIP is well aware of.
Re maturity: Seems to be quite a recurring term everyone's using. I suppose frustration over your staff results to this...
Re the bold: what have you expected from both that VIP can live up to and Aegis doesn't?

Vip is fine as a mod but for bigger decisions he isn't the best so that's why I think the GMod position fits him best for now.
I think VIP was a great admin. People were criticizing him, but he took it maturely and didn't flame at anyone. Aegis has flamed in the few days he's been admin, he flamed in the "Excursion" topic. That's not very admin-material. What admin would countertroll? Just ignore it or talk it out, no need to be a pest.
Re MLYW's comment: True, but I am inclined to think that most high-level decisions forum-wise are at the GMod and Admin level.
Re HBK's reply: Point taken.
For myself, Aegis has *promised* to do some creative stuff for the forum (which he hasn't done due to CK), and is assisting with some potential restructuring of the forum (nothing overly drastic, mind you). As for what he's done (objectively) here, he has flamed in the aforementioned topic, and perhaps he hasn't had much to achieve, apart from resentment by members here and elsewhere.
Since there seems to be a cloud over Aegis's reputation elsewhere (even though we don't want external drama entering here), I will need to reconsider Aegis's position as an admin, his motives for whatever he might have done, and if he feels competent enough to maintain the integrity that is due of an Admin here.
