Well, I'm one of the youngest members in my scene, but currently, our oldest is 25 (that being Guard ), while our youngest is 13 (that being Jay). Even so, the Smash community welcomes anyone of ANY age.
Also I like being younger than most others there and still wrecking them and proving them that age means nothing.
So basically the oldest are in their mid 20s and we get a few teens there.
OH HEY I'VE GONE TO A FEW WEEKLIES NOW (every Thursday night in my area they host Smash 4 weeklies). Haven't been able to go to them during my school year tho, cause we start late and finish late, but since I got my pass for the Metro and Bus since I started college, I've gone to 2 so far.
(Will make my post about the 2nd weekly in another one)
14th Tourney: Smash 4 Weekly #38 Date: September 3rd, 2015 Results: 7th/37 Bracket (There's 11 byes in there?) Characters Used: Ness only. Notes: Weeklies at the "Smashloft" (as it's called here ) do not generate a high value prize money. Since the money is necessary to pay for the fees of the venue, but it's only $5 anyway so not like prize payouts were expected to be great.
ALSO I had to lie to my parents about this LMFAO
I told them "oh hey my college is hosting a weekly event for the gamer's club and I really want to go and I can catch the bus that comes at 11:30 PM and get back at midnight and I start class at 10 AM" and it worked.
I told Kels I'd be there but then she suddenly had something come up the day of this event so she wasn't there. Guard was though! :3
...And some other members, like Holy, Shan, Time, Dunston, etc.
Played some friendlies with. Shan, Dunston and Pixie, was hella fun lol. Pixie went Wario though (one of my most hated characters). Lost against him. >.>
- So my first set is against Dai, a ROB/Luigi I faced a VERY long time ago back in the Brawl days. Turns out he didn't remember me too well tho.
Anyway, he went Captain Falcon on me, and I won vs him 2-0 (both on Smashville). Although I know he was getting upset over them missed techs.
- Then after, I went up against Aigachu, who only attends these weeklies, but he uses "Waifu" characters (Palutena, Lucina, Peach, etc.). He went Pally on me and was actually fairly close, BUT I got a pretty damn hype combo on him Game 2 at the end.
- And then I face Time. Once again. That was a REALLY damn close set. Game 1 he goes Falcon on me on Final Destination, and I'm like "OH GOD", cause I'm not comfortable with that MU. Somehow, I end up 2 stocking his Falcon. Then Game 2, he switches to Mario, back on FD and ironically, even though I'm more comfortable vs Mario, I lost. Then he remains Mario and Game 3 I go to Delfino. DEAR GOD... This was the HYPEST set of the night. I get REALLY nervous and shaky when a match gets close, and I lost. On my last stock I started shaking and played kinda "panicky"... When my Yo-Yo missed when he was in the water, I was kinda sad lol.
- Then after, I'm up vs Pixie once again... Man. I had some hype banana shenanigans going on and PK Thunder juggling. Beat him 2-0, but I suggested to him that he go Wario on me after the set cause I literally don't know that MU.
And then I went vs Dunston, my Ness clone. Oh boy... Game 1 we go on Smashville and I barely win with a Bair at the end. Game 2 he went Omega Onett and man... I started slipping up. I lost control of PKT and input the rebound too late and then I got Magnet gimped. Same thing happened Game 3 and I lost. x.x
Dunston wanted us to go on stream, but we found out the winner verses ExSoldier on stream (another fellow Fox main who's hella good and rivals Guard LOL). Admittedly I kinda slept on Dunston and was like "eh we could just do it off stream". I did play him a few days beforehand online and won lol. Well, I was wrong there.
I did see Dunston go vs ExSoldier and he lost Game 1. I'm like "YOU NEED ADVICE?! I know this match up too well" and he's like "nah I'm good". The he turns the set around and god damn lol.
Then I see Guard go vs Wawasi on stream... He was playing SO well, but we all know how Luigi is... I can imagine how stressful it is though. Cause Guard had like a 50% lead but that means nothing to Luigi lol. Guard even got his techs down PERFECTLY. I'm honestly quite jealous of his ability to tech.
I still had an hour left before I had to leave, and Guard and I were both out... So we decided to do friendlies for the rest of the night. I swear to god this guy though... LOL
- Beforehand when we were looking at the bracket I'm like "dammit we wouldn't be facing unless we make it to Loser's Semis". >.>
- ...Why is that EVERYTIME, our first 2 games of friendlies are ALWAYS close?! AND ALWAYS A 1-1?! They both ended up being last stock, last hit type of thing... I swear I better get to face him in bracket soon... It's the showdown that has always meant to be!
- After those 2 games I started to wreck him. AND THE SALT BEGINS.

And then after I got some advice from Guard regarding my playstyle... He first off starts with "Man! I know you're a VERY good player and you love to use Ness, not because he's top tier, but because he's someone you enjoy using and know and I totally respect that. I'd say he's Top 10, hell even Top 5. And I LOVE how you play aggro, BUT...
...I know that you love your aerials, and you KNOW that you can get 2 aerials out in a jump. But I know this too... So I WAIT, and shield the 2nd aerial and counterattack right after. Against others, you might want to lower that a bit."
Me: "Yeah I get what you mean, cause we kept on having a powershield session and I'm like what is this... But it's REALLY hard for me to break. I LOVE my falling Uair and Bair is safe on shield unless powershielded."
And so I played a BIT more self-consciously, but Guard lightly scolded me everytime I did that (and he'd be like "damn you got me that time" when it worked). Although it didn't stop his salt. I even did a pseudo-chaingrab on him across the stage and had the epic edgeguarding scenario again... It was glorious.
Many friendlies and a lot of salt later... For our last one (reminder I had to leave at 11 PM)...
So we go on Smashville and I get him offstage immediately. Then I went in to edgeguard him...
And then I go in too deep and didn't make it back with my recovery and missed the rebound. He was SOOOO damn happy I SD'd at 6% and he's like "YOU SEE THAT TAUNT MAN?! YOU FREAKING DESERVE THAT" and brought up the "U LACK SKEELZ" taunt he has as an online taunt message. I was close to the comeback but still lost.
And then I got, what we now call, the "Guard Death Stare" from him... (Basically he does this face where he looks as if he's upset with you)
Me: "Guard I gotta leave now"
[He continues the death stare]
Me: "No I gotta leave for the metro"
He's like "oh pfft, come here man, and don't worry I ain't mad with you, I do that face to everyone"
After I collected my stuff to leave, I see Guard playing this Pikachu and getting U-Tilt chained like 6 times up to 30% and he's shouting "NO SKILLZ".
(And a shade fight begins)
Me: "SAYS THE ONE WITH AN UP TILT CHAIN OF HIS OWN"
Guard: "I ONLY GET 2-3 MAX"
Me: "THAT'S STILL A CHAIN AND IT'S THE SAME WITH NESS' FORWARD AIR"
Afterward...
Me: "Guard I kinda have a favor to ask of you."
Guard: "A favor... eh? Sure. "
Me: "If I ever make you salty to the point where you ragequit again can you please promise me you don't hurt yourself to the point where you have to get a leg transplant and have a cybernetic leg like Fox himself"
Guard: "Haha, I got you Timmy. What made you think that though? " (looks at me in a kind of giddy way) A FEW WEEKS ONLINE AGO... (Basically what I did was juggle his Fox up to like 100% and read him like every page of a book and KO'd him with PKT2, plus other things occurred in previous matches that just built up his salt LOL) ONE DAY LATER... LATER THAT NIGHT...
I didn't show him the screenshot of the convo but I just didn't answer.
...But I gave him a hug around his neck/chest (since he was sitting down and I was standing behind him but dropped my controller in the process accidentally tho ) and headed out back home. I came back at midnight like I said tho! ;P

15th tourney: Smash 4 Weekly #40 Date: September 17th, 2015 Results: 5th/53 Bracket (There's 7 byes in there) Characters Used: Ness all the way~ Notes: So I had stayed over at my aunt's and they still believe me LMFAO
She said it's ok for every 2 weeks tho.
...But then she had another baby so I can't sleepover there again.
KELS AND GUARD WERE THERE THO, also met ExSoldier (another cool Fox main), his girlfriend Mykaeru and Darkwolf, along with my usual friends (Dunston, Doom, Shan)... FOR ONCE HOLY WASN'T THERE THOUGH AND IT WAS DOOM'S FIRST WEEKLY.
I posted my Smash 4 Combo Vid, "The Comeback in a PK Flash" and attended this weekly shortly after. I got SO much praise for it. Kels, Matt, Jay, Mykaeru, Venom and I went out to McDonalds for some food right before the weekly started... And they were all speaking of how perfect it was and how people kept thinking I was Ness and we had a good laugh LOL. I got my fries and a poutine (I had to save some money ).
Played some hype friendlies with Dunston and this guy who mains Bowser Jr. Dunston and I were laughing so hard with our Ness vs Lucas matches on Omega Onett (when we both put up Double Magnet it was hilarious) and I just had some real funny things with the one who mains Bowser Jr (I don't know his name tho). Apparently I had some weird SDI to avoid a Jab and got in a really weird Uair KO LOL. As always tho... You only get the stupidest matches with me.
I also met Ashuraa there who mains Luigi and Sheik, but I STRESS OUT vs Luigi (reminder this was before his D-Throw nerf). Nice guy though. I even did Doubles with him, Doom and Guard beforehand too.
- We had to get back quickly since it was already past 7 PM as we were walking back from McDonalds (it's like a 10 mins walk). My first set was against KK, who mains Link and used 3DS. Easily 2-0'd him, also Game 2 I was doing D-Tilt on Dreamland but I got pushed off by the wind so I did Dair by accident and got the spike LOL.
- I then had to fight Mykaeru after seeing her BARELY win vs a Sheik, who has a pretty good Pikachu. But I handle Pikachu pretty well and play fairly patient. Although Kels tried to give her advice against me. She sent Thunderjolts at me and I kept absorbing them and Magnet Canceled and she was like "I'M NOT DOING THAT ANYMORE" and had the best reaction when I was healing. I 2 stocked her with about 50%. Then after she switched to Rosa and I was like "oh boy..." BUT SHE CP'd DELFINO, MY FAVORITE STAGE. Even though this MU really sucks for Ness, I beat her even worse there (with like 30%) and I didn't care if she ate my snail with the Gravity Pull. XD
- And then I had to face Doom, AGAIN. Funny thing though, before we went up, Guard, Doom and I were discussing the Ness vs. Luigi MU and Guard was like "I'd imagine Luigi has a hard time vs Ness" and the record scratched in my head. I'm like "NO THAT MATCH UP IS NOT IN NESS' FAVOR" and we kinda discussed a bit. They have the same game plan (get in, combo the hell outta you with a grab and finish you with a throw or their beloved aerials), but Luigi executes that better and gets much better reward and sets up better. ME VS DOOM ON STREAM THO OUIIIII
I swear I have the most amazing body motions and I get SUPER jumpy when I play. I barely lost game 1 (noooo powershielded Bair, I have to wall out Luigi with that though), but Game 2 I counterpick Final Destination (he banned Delfino lol) and Game 3 he goes back to Smashville (normally you can't counterpick a stage you've won at but I let him cause it beats the other choices; I banned Battlefield & Halberd) and I BARELY win. Because he challenged my recovery. That recovery Game 2 though... Just beautiful. I CAME BACK IN A PK FLASH THOUGH.
- As I was waiting for my next set though, I was watching ExSoldier and Guard, such great Fox players duke it out in the Fox ditto though. The former is known to play a bit more conservative, but Guard plays pretty aggro. ExSoldier tends to play a bit dangerously offstage though, and unfortunately he SDs at the end. Oh well, good showing from both of them tho! Also... I'm gonna admit that ExSoldier plays vs my Ness a LOT better than Guard does. First off he doesn't complain about "NO SKEELZ", second of all I find he gets better reads and controls the ledge area better.
- And as I expected, I had to face Kels YET AGAIN. I REALLY hate versing Sonic this game. He's too quick and forces me to play totally different. >.>
It was on stream though. AND I GOT A HYPE SNAIL GAME 1 LOL Me vs Kels!
I died to B-Throw tho like why does Sonic have 3 KO throws and is impossible to catch x.x
- So... After I find out I have to face Nos, my friend's uncle who brings me home from past tourneys. When I look in the bracket I'm curious to know how he beat ExSoldier though. ALSO... If ExSoldier did beat Guard I'm sure I woulda faced Guard. ;P
Real talk though, I've played with Nos quite a few times online beforehand and had some hella funny stuff happen. Here too. He thought he U-Smashed me with Luigi but I hit with Uair first LOL. That head too strong. xD
- I fight Kcired, who has a SWEET Yoshi (uses that black Yoshi color too ;P). I stress over this MU cause it's all about positioning, but I was getting such nice juggles and PKTs in and he REALLY liked that. Took the set 2-0!
- And then I had to verse Venom, who uses Ryu and IDK THE MATCH UP WHATSOEVER. He beats me handily Game 1, Game 2 I go Delfino and beat him there with my juggles. Then Game 3 he goes Dreamland and I accidentally misclicked and got ledge attack, but I got F-Smashed after LOL.
I got the infamous death stare from the Guard once again throughout the weekly. When I'm in his area, I'm just WAITING for the damn thing to happen... He's like "What are you waiting on eh?"

Anyway, I'm REAL proud of myself this weekly for getting 5th. Kels also did AMAZING cause she DIDN'T LOSE A SINGLE GAME THAT DAY. Great to see my friends, meet new people and I certainly enjoyed myself~

16th tourney: Smash 4 Weekly #44 Date: October 15th, 2015 Results: 9th/75 Bracket (1 bye in there) Notes: This one is not quite as detailed. I didn't have school the Friday following so I FINALLY got to attend again after missing a few weeks. I had some stress issues beforehand, but spoke with Guard and Kels about them beforehand... Also Guard and I told each other secrets... I told him what happened in "Timmy's Dreamland" (i.e. my epic Nintendo dreams involving him). He was honestly quite amazed LOL.
Also this was patch 1.1.2 (after Luigi nerf and fixing Diddy's grab glitch).
My goal was to get Top 8. JUST fell outside of that. =P
ALSO... There were 80 people at the venue the week before this one and I was like HOW ARE Y'ALL LIVING. With 75, it was CROWDED LOL.
Brought my Wii U setup so I could enter for free. ;P
What the hell... My first 2 sets ended with a shield break on my opponent LOL
- I'm vs Daerion's Villager and 2-0 him. I didn't care if he did pocket my PKT cause I'd heal right back from it for like 26% LOL. Then at the end of Game 2 I got a shield break by reflecting the Lloid AND hitting him with the bat. As much as I hate Villager he had a nice one haha.
- Then after I had to face MangeMaBaguette's Jigglypuff... Won that 2-0 and I kept throwing out them Bairs and Nairs and punished like 3 Rests. AT THE END OF GAME 2 I DID BAIR > BAIR > SNAIL FOR THE SHIELD BREAK (I WISH KELS SAW THAT SHE WOULDA SCREAMED BUT SHE STARTED HER MATCH).
- I'm against Doom AGAIN (4 tourneys in a row we've faced, 3 times in a row ON STREAM). Man... Game 1 was SUPER fucking close. I had to try and keep my nerves together cause it was last stock last hit, but I got that B-Throw LOL. Afterward I nicely finish Game 2.
- And then I had to verse Holy for the first time AND IDK THE ROB MU AT ALL. I was doing pretty well first stock getting the snails and juggles in, but I couldn't keep it going and he adapted incredibly well. (Also he banned FD and Delfino so I decided to try Siege lol, obv didn't go too well)

- I then had to face Darkwolf's Shulk and that was yet another MU I didn't know. I was getting my snails and juggles in nicely yet again but couldn't keep it going. I get rekt offstage and then he nicely read my ledge getup the end of game 1. I went to my beloved CP that was Delfino and did a bit better, but I still lost lol.
So now that my sister has moved out I've been able to go more frequently, since I'm welcome to sleepover there.
But Guard... When the hell will I face you in bracket already?! You may have taken out Luffy again, but I SWEAR I AM NOT NEXT TO BE ELIMINATED on your Ness hitlist.
Oddly... I also didn't feel Shaky's power that night, which may have explained why I lost. ;P
Kels and Guard earned a shoutout (as usual) from me cause they took the time to listen to me and were such good friends so I wouldn't enter my weekly feeling stressed. And also a hug. :3
They earned Top 3 man!!
Oh and as usual, Guard would just crack me up with his infamous death stare. One point we had a 3 mins staring contest and I was JUST WAITING for it to come. It was late into the night that he finally did it lol. Also he made me laugh when he decided to do something referencing one of my dreams LOL.

Yep I'm REALLY overdue and I've been lazy to write up these things lately. Hell I should get to writing these things ASAP next time cause I'm trying to remember them details, but they take hours to write.
17th tourney: Smash 4 Weekly #45 Date: October 22nd, 2015 Results: 7th/61 Bracket Notes: So Kels couldn't be here as she was busy and had to prepare for our Uproar Dubs tourney (it was on October 24th lol). Guard however was here, so I was pretty happy. Until later on in the night...
Obv brought my Wii U setup again.
- So my first opponent was SaltyGengar (and lol he had a Gengar shirt to go with it). He went Roy but I was easily reading him. Then Game 2 he decides to go Delfino and I won in 50 secs. U-Throw when the platforms spawn too good!
- Then after, I had to face Shan (mind you he's my partner for the Dubs tourney that I'll describe later on). Had a pretty hype game going with them Snails Game 1. Then Game 2 I get a nice Jab Reset > F-Smash combo to make his percent RISE. Kept punishing him and comboing him, and 2 stocked him both games. Set is here!
- And then I had to fight Darkwolf... Dear god his Shulk is SCARY. Just like last time, he drags me into the air and I get combo'd into oblivion lol. But my heart was racing that set, b/c we had a SUPER close Game 1 (HOW DID MY B-THROW NOT KO WHEN HE WAS IN SMASH MODE). Game 2 he nicely takes it from me. Set is here!
- Into the Loser's Bracket, I was fighting Kappa and I went vs DDD... JESUS CHRIST I WAS PLAYING SO LAME LOL. I was playing hit and run with PK Thunder (it deflects the Gordos back) and combo'd him whenever he got close... I felt so bad playing like that. Game 2 he went to Halberd vs me (I'm ok with it) and I sent a Gordo back at him with the Thunder and then he died to the laser beam. Won 2-0!
- Went vs Kcired. God damn our set was CLOSE LOL. He went Kirby Game 1 on me but I kept walling him out with Fair, Bair and juggled him with my Snail. Also I accidentally screwed up a KO attempt cause I grabbed him on the moving platform at the left of Smashville, and I was facing to the left, but he was at 110% and I did B-Throw instead... He lived, but it was fine cause I grabbed him again 10 secs later. Game 2, he switches to Yoshi and man was my heart racing, but he gets a very nice Fair spike on me (I landed onstage but then rebounded high enough again to die, RIP from no tech lol). Game 3 I just barely clutch it (I don't remember Game 3 too well, but last stock last hit man)!
- Then I fight Aigachu, and he went Lucina on me. I get a shield break on him Game 1 (HELL YEAH SHIELD PRESSURE AND THEN SNAIL INTO THEM) and took it. Then Game 2 he counters me while I'm recovering so I died (he was at like 95%). Then Game 3... I CP Delfino, and what do you know, he doesn't get on as the stage left in time, but I was scared cause we were getting pretty damn close.
- I was watching Wawasi and Doom fight (them Luigi dittos)... I wanted Doom to win again lol. Ugh, I had to fight Wawasi again and it was SO hard. I kept losing control of PKT at many points throughout and I find that's what costed me the games. Also Luigi's aerials contest Ness' and it's just really stressful to play lol.
I played friendlies with Fwed and Guard, got them Foxes for dinner (and the beautiful sound of "NO SKEELZ"), lol. But Guard was asking me once again about how I've been cause I've still been stressing out over college/finances and whatnot, then when he asks me "how are you financially?", I didn't even know how to answer. Then he tells me about his job when he was my age (and that it'd be perfect for someone like me), what he does now and that he couldn't wait to move out, along with the fact his father was successful in business and he's lucky like that. I don't know if he noticed, but... I started to feel a bit teary eyed after he told me that. Cause I don't know where I'm going with my life and when I heard about his story... It made me SO jealous... And I felt like he's amazing, and I'm not, nor would I ever be. We both left at the same time since I still had school.
I get back to my sister's place, had my food, then I was up late thinking about what Guard told me (and trying to remember the details of it). I just felt so empty... I know Guard didn't mean to (nor could he have known) make me feel like that though... God damn it. At that point, I started to have stress and anxiety. I had to tell Kels and Guard about it the next day... They assured me they'd be there for me come the dubs tourney (2 days after this weekly lol).
18th tourney: Uproar Duo Tourney Date: October 24th, 2015 Results: LOL NOPE DROWNED IN POOLS Notes: I could NOT get any online practice in with my partner b/c my online connection was just bad (we literally labbed the night before in a kinda laggy connection) and it was just choppy. Couldn't get the dubs practice... Damn. I felt bad cause it tends to lag when my siblings were home and even then, I'd just lag for no reason lol. And I still had my anxiety/stress issues coming in... But this day, was more about being with my friends, rather than playing honestly lol.
So I had to get up fairly early, catch 2 buses and have Shan pick me up to get there. Grabbed some McDonalds' Hash Browns for breakfast.
Kels KNEW I wasn't feeling up to par though... She had many things to take care of before she could get to me.
So I had to cover for Shan's entry fee since he didn't bring enough money lol. Shan was a commentator though and Kels was showing him how to use the programs and whatnot. I encountered ExSoldier, and we teamed for a bit of 2v2 friendlies (funny cause he teamed with Luffy, so his partner was a Ness). Man did we rock!! Kels was like "TOP 3 MAKE IT OUT OF POOLS". So I was like "ok, we can do that..."
And as we're about to begin, she's like "WAIT SORRY IT'S TOP 2 NOW." and I'm like "GOD DAMMIT" and she's like "BAHAHAHA TIMMY". Oh man...
Kels spoke with me though... She's like "this isn't the 1950s where you move out the second you become 18. You don't need to worry about a job for now, I mean Matt got his at 19, so did many of my other friends and you don't need to stress about it. I got my first job at 17, but it was only for a few months and you'll be fine. Go splash some water on your face, alright?"
My pool had Genesis & Oreeo, Guard & Doom and some other team (I don't even remember anymore lol)... Oh man. My first time getting to play Guard... NOT FOR SINGLES THOUGH.
- After Guard & Doom fought the other team, Guard's like "this is impossible to lose. ;P" and Shan and I did pretty well vs that team. Then after, it was our turn to fight Guard & Doom... Damn. Those 2 worked really well together but I was doing my best to try and keep things together. Unfortunately, I got screwed over at the end cause my PKT2 hit JUST above the ledge rather than grabbing onto it. Game 2, we go Lylat (Shan wanted it, plus they banned Delfino and Smashville). I think we did a bit better, but I was alone. Guard grabbed me and then I got U-Smashed by Doom. X__X

We went to the pizza place next door on our lunch break, but I was just SO disappointed in myself for how I played. I don't play dubs and so my style's much more 1v1 oriented (and Guard pointed that out). He did notice I was quiet, more than usual and he's like "you're not hiding anything right? you'd tell me eh? ;D" and I was like nah I'm good. I had my pizza with a Grape Crush, but god damn... I still didn't feel right. I think I just felt even worse after having a pizza for lunch with such anxiety/stress. I started to feel dizzy so I went to the washroom and went to splash some more water on myself. I looked in the mirror and was like "everything's gonna be fine Timmy... I'm not sick". Kels and her crew were in the restaurant and I hear them like "wait, what's wrong with Timmy?" and Kels told them about my anxiety. Darkwolf asked me if I was ok and I said yes (although I didn't look as if I meant it), but I just went out and stood outside, trying to get some air... Still didn't feel up to par. Kels came outside and told me "just breathe, Timmy..." and I tried to calm down. She kept on asking me questions as to how I've been feeling and she's like "you know there's nothing wrong with you. But if you have to throw up, you'll feel better. Just let the air flow, take off your scarf/hat/jacket to cool off... You feel like you might pass out, right? (I responded yes) Don't eat fast food cause it'll just fill you and make you feel even worse". She calls her mom cause she knew I wasn't feeling great and asks her to bring me some stuff to deal with my stress.
I start feeling feverish, and I'm anxiously awaiting for the person in there to leave the washroom cause I didn't feel great. Ugh... Once I was in there, the next thing you knew, I threw up (I WAS WORRIED CAUSE IT LOOKED RASPBERRY COLORED SO I THOUGHT IT WAS BLOOD I VOMITED). Just tried to splash some more water on me, and calm down... Still felt feverish. Kels' mom came through with the delivery. There were crackers in there (she says a cracker is good to open up your stomach, only take a 2nd one if you don't feel anything in 5 mins ), and then these minty things (enzymes?) that dissolve on your tongue... She suggested I take them to try and feel better, and I did. I tried listening to my calming music to try and relax (M&L Dream Team - Somnom Labyrinth)...
ExSoldier asked me if I wanted to do some friendlies, and I said "I'll have to join you later". Then Ace (a newer Ness main) also came up to me and he was like "hey you main Ness right?" and I told him so, then he asked me as well. I told him I'd get to him later cause I'm dealing with anxiety issues.
Even before I tried playing my Pools I was listening to that to try and relax. Kels came back to me, with Guard... And I had some alone time with him to discuss how I've been feeling.
Guard: Hey Timmy, you've really been quiet... Even more than usual... What's up with you?
Timmy: God... It's so hard to put into words... Just. After hearing about your life story, I'm so jealous of you and I feel like your life is amazing and mine isn't... I wish I could have your life. I know I shouldn't feel pressured about this though... I should know better than to think life is a race.... But I can't help but feel it is. I don't know why I feel this way... [Sigh]
Guard: Hey Timmy... you're still young and so am I. You're still at the age where you can play games the majority of your days and still be fine. I'm not at that age because my parents will be like "hey Guard, isn't it time for you to move on?" and I can't keep living under my parents' house. But one thing I keep in mind... Your School HAS to be finished before you move out.

Timmy: ...I should also know better than to overthink things... Like I always seem to find a way to take some of things you say to me the wrong way and I just feel really bad... Like the day we played online and you were like "Ness is cancer online" and I felt SO bad and I was like "oh what if Guard's not over this and we have to face off... what if he starts hating me?!"
Guard: If I did hate you, would I be speaking with you right now? ;P
But remember this Timmy... As YOUR FRIEND, ANYTHING I say is NEVER meant to you. AND, anything I've done, YOU can do it AND you can do it even better than I can!
Timmy: ...Why do you always know how to reassure me? Seriously, thanks man... [Proceed to hug each other] I'm gonna go play some friendlies.
I started to smile again.
Guard: Hey Timmy... Anything for a friend.
So, after that, I was playing friendlies with Ace (I didn't see ExSoldier). Dear god our Ness dittos were HILARIOUS. And I even JV 3'd him (I LITERALLY TOOK NO DAMAGE LOL). Funny thing, he uses my Ness color too and he's like "I am not worthy". But then as we were playing, I saw ExSoldier packing up (it was fairly early in the afternoon), and I was like "WAIT YOU'RE LEAVING?!?! DAMN I'M SO SORRY X.X" and he's like "it's all good, we'll play online". (Honestly I want to team with him at some point)
And then I decided to watch the Grand Finals (Venom + Darkwolf vs Dhope + Darkaura). God damn... The latter 2 climbed their way through the Loser's bracket and got up there so well. And even made the Grand Finals reset. Then Venom and Darkwolf turned it around and won the tourney!!
We wrapped up fairly early and me, Kels and Guard were bringing the monitors and wires to Kels' mom's car. It felt nice looking out at the sky at that time and being together with just the 3 of us... Guard did mention he'd be gone hunting for a few weeks (hunting them furries ;P) so I asked him when he'd return to weeklies.
I HAD to hug Guard again cause I can't thank him enough for what he's done for me and I gave hugs to a majority of other people. Kels and most of her crew decided to invite me to go and hang out at Pizza Hut. It was 7 PM and I was like "oh why not". It was me, Matt, Shan, Jay, Oreeo, Venom, Kels and Genesis. Kels invited Shinzou as well (he met up with us there lol).
We get to Pizza Hut, wondering if there's a table for 9 available... LOL
Fortunately, we did get a table. But I wanted to make sure I avoided any pizza or anything else baked/fried cause I didn't want to feel funky again (Kels would be my food guide there!).
Now, the thing is... I had to be back at the Cote-Vertu Metro right at 9 PM to catch my bus LOL. It takes like 20-25 mins from where we were to get back there and it was 8:40 (I'm like OREEO WE GOTTA FLOOR IT, VENOM, SHINZOU AND GENESIS IN THE CAR NOW). We JUST barely missed my bus (RIP we were like 3 mins late) and we were left unsure what to do for 10 mins (ALSO MY MOM CALLED WHEN OREEO BUT I DIDN'T ANSWER). Then Genesis called my brother (thank god my mom was out for the night), and then they all decided to drive me ALL THE WAY home... I was SO grateful cause I woulda been home at 10:30 PM, but I was back at 9:40 PM instead. I had to use my 3G on my phone to get my address google mapped... I felt SO bad though cause I know Venom and the others had their metro stops to get to and I live farther compared to other Smashers in my region lol.
Made so many great memories and had my stress/anxiety issues resolved... I LOVE my Smash community too much to ever let them go and these are people I want to keep in my life!! After speaking my mind with Guard and Kels... Nothing I can't overcome!
LMFAO I have more overdue entries... Which equates to more lost details.
Oh and I guess I'll just put the playlist of each weekly from now on. Especially here cause I was on stream so often. =P
19th tourney: Smash 4 Weekly #46 Date: October 29th, 2015 Results: 4th/39 Bracket Notes: Neither Kels nor Guard were here. I did bring my Wii U setup again tho~
And I got a good amount of stream time... Was on for like 5 sets LOL. Playlist is here!
- I'm up vs Madein first, who uses Dark Pit, and the funny thing is I actually teamed with him for some friendlies against Fwed and Erra. We did well, and I beat him cleanly in bracket. Snail juggles too real.
- I fought Erra (on stream), and this guy is REALLY good at spacing and admittedly I was rather scared cause him and Dunston play often and it gets so close between them. But I did manage to prevail over Erra! And he's REALLY nice too, like he never gets salty and will compliment you mid match. XD
- Then I'm up against Holy (on stream) and I get bopped again. I tried Delfino but the stage worked against me cause I was still PKTing when the platform came and then I got hit by D-Throw > Uair right as we were landing at the Shine gate (also on stream).
- I have to fight Z, and he goes Link first game. He was REALLY impatient though and didn't quite use projectiles efficiently, along with having an odd rolling habit so I took advantage of that. Then he uses Sonic against me (I HATE THIS CHARACTER), but I still won.
- I then fought Pixie (on stream), and I really don't know the Diddy MU lol. But it was pretty close. Although I DID read his ledge getup with PKT2 like twice, and I did KO him Game 2 with a nice read, but I barely got any damage with the stock lead. Also Genesis was commentating and he's like "if you look at the camera, Pixie has no emotion but Timmy moves so much" (WHICH IS SO TRUE, I ALWAYS MOVE LMAO).
- I have to fight Aigachu next (on stream as well), and I got a nice PK Thunder read on him at the end of Game 1, then Game 2, I surprisingly finish him off with a Dash Attack gimp.
- Then I have to fight Doom, who recently picked up Greninja, and boy... The funny thing is we played online in the same day. And I'd beat his Greninja online. HOWEVER, here, he nicely gets his Jabs in and at one point I accidentally did D-Throw instead of B-Throw, and I BARELY lost both games (I felt a bit panicky). Props to him!
Hey, I got 4th, spent the night at my sister's and won some money and had great fun there!
