Instead of Toad...

[SuperZambezi]

Mario Party DS had the 8 players from MP3 and MP4 playable only DK was replaced with Toad. What other character would you want to replace DK instead of Toad. You can only chose one character to take the spot.

I think a basic character would have taken the spot. I would say Boo or Birdo. If it was a character that has not been playable before, it would be Shy Guy.

[Marioguy]

Diddy Kong really. Seems a good replacement.

This, or Boo. Either were good choices. Now that Boo is playable, Diddy Kong.

[Chubbo1793]

I would like to say Baby Bowser (Koopa Kid). He is the only actual bad guy you could be and he's awesome.

[kingboo]

I would say Shy Guy. But I think he should remain as the non-playable helper.

[Real Hammer Bro]

I want Koopa Troopa to be playable more than Shy Guy, but Shy Guy is a must too.

[H-J Kaabii]

Given that whoever replaced Toad would have to 'naturally' partner Yoshi...

Boo would have been good, or Koopa (I'm making reference to Mario Power Tennis partnerships I tend to use )

[Yoshi1]

I would choose Boo, Koopa or Diddy Kong. They're all good selections in my opinion.

[topper1]

I think Toad was the best option for this but if it was anyone else then I would choose Boo.

[cookieboy17]

I think Toad is in cause there's no other good option. Other than randomly adding 1 new character to the franchise in an only 8 character selection, Toad is the only one who'd seemingly fit with Yoshi cause the rest are villains and...Birdo. But if they did randomly add one character then...DK should take his spot back.

Maybe, Mr. L.

[madstarr]

Instead of Toad? Well then story mode wouldn't go as planned. I guess that DK's board wouldn't exist then.

But if I had to remove him, then I guess Shy Guy.

[♥Princess Peach♥]

I want Rosalina.

Berrylarry: Try to contribute more to the topic. Why do you want Rosalina?

[King Dry Bones]

Maybe...Dry bones....Oh how about Dry Bones...Nah...OH I GOT ONE!!!! DRY BONES!!! WHOS WITH ME?!

[MarioComix]

I think Boo should've been playable

[Guiyii]

I want Rosalina.

i would agree with both of u, heh...tho rosalina is a bit more my type (as a character, not girlfriend )

[Bowser]

I didn't think we recieved enough Kid Koopa.  Either him, or Boo, Dry Bones or some new character like Koopa Troopa.

[yoshi12]

He could've been replaced by birdo. Teams would've worked like this;

Mario-Luigi
Peach-daisy
Wario-Waluigi
Yoshi-Birdo

I was all right with the way this was though.

It's sooooo great how you're hating on Toad. Toad's not a bad Mario Party character, though replacing Donkey Kong was unnecessary.

Boo, the funniest character. He is just funny!
