Grin and Bar it (Mario Party 7)

Grin and Bar is an 8-player Mini-Game where all eight characters running onto a stage after a curtain opening. They stop on individual spots, next to his/her teammate, and have to jump over a large, bent, metal jumprope being rotated by Ukikis. As they game progresses, the bar rotates faster and faster. The person and/or team that is last standing is the winner.


I love this 8-Player Mini-Game I love to simply jump with the other players, and it gets more challenging when it gets faster, I gotta say I'm with the "Brutal" Mode CPU skill on this one, since I can last just as long/a bit longer than them, and it's more fun with Friends, so how do you like this Mini-Game?

Just like "Hot Rope Jump". It has this thing, where you have to jump at a certain time and it effects different players at different times. I basically always win this, except if its with my friends. Since we can keep jumping for a long time until one of us just lose. =P

It's funny when you put them all on brutal and then half of them lose at the same time and there are only like 2-3 players left. =P

I actually enjoyed this 8-player minigame.  It's really fun if you actually play this in Hard/Brutal mode.  Pretty cool to see characters getting hit by the bar; getting thrown off the stage.  xD

I'm usually good in this minigame, but sometimes, I just flat out miss the timing and get thrown off.  xD

Likewise what the others said, it's a reminisce of Hot Rope Jump from Mario Party 2.  (Which is a good minigame.)

A doozy of a minigame, reminds me of a funfair version of Hot Rope Jump.

Not too difficult, even if you play both players of the same team at once (which I do sometimes =P)

This was a fun minigame. 8 players makes even more challenging unless they're CPU's because they're not that good.
