Well, here's a not-so-funny story:

Around a week and a half, I started getting wicked headaches and my eyesight had been fading away, even with my new contacts on. At first, I thought it was the contacts, so I called my eyecare center and asked for a switch. They told me to come in for an examination. So I did.

They called me in and the doc looked at my eye. She then sort of gave me a weird look. I asked what was wrong and she said that I had Keiser-Flesicher rings inside my eyes, basically a copper buildup in the cornea of the eye. I automatically thought I had Wilson's Disease, since it's one of the main symptoms, but the doc told me to go see my nearest hospital to get it checked out. So, my dad drove me there and they had to actually operate on my eye. What they found was not only copper rings, but also abnormal cells. Cancer? Not sure, but if it was, they hopefully got everything out of there.

I'm now on some medication for the headaches (ironically they had nothing to do with my eye), and i'm feeling quite fine. So that's why you hadn't seen me in a while. Don't worry, i'm not deadly sick or anything, just a little operation on the eye. I work with my dad a lot with his electrical wiring and such, so I probably got copper poisoning or something.

So, um, hey, i'm back.

That's just a possibility I was thinking off of. Copper can be self-produced in the body, but sometimes it can also lead into the eye due to a misdirection.

As long as you're alright, everything's good right? Either way, I didn't know that a person could get a copper buildup in their eyes. Eye :p I hope you don't have any problems like that again. How did your eyes feel after the operation though? I know I wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone messing with my eyes. What did they have to do to your eye though?

Welcome back, Aegis!

Sounds terrifying. Sure hope nothing else serious comes up in the future. Nice to hear you're alright, though.

They basically just nummed my eye, put a vacuum needle inside my pupil, and sucked out the abnormal cells. They had to use a certain blood thickener to stop the copper flow into my eye (which took a while) and THEN they could finally suck out the remaining copper in my eye.

My vision is well, and no other symptoms have came up, so they probably got everything checked out.

That sounds painful. I'd go crazy if they had to stick a needle in my eye.

Ahahahaha, I meant to call one of my friends, and her last name is Snow, sooooo....:p

She was really helpful through my treatment, too.
