The Donkey Kong Country series of course, my favorite ones would be 2, 3, and 1 in that order. DKC2 just have everything a platformer should have, excellent music, good stage designs, amazing hub worlds, epic boss battles, and neat characters. My favorite 3D platformer would be Donkey Kong 64 so far.
