The first game I ever played was Super Mario Bros. on the Nintendo. I started playing when I was 3 and played it for hours with my sister/mom. I could always beat my sister, but my mom was a little better. I still love to play it.
Mine was Star Wars Battlefront for the PS3. It is still my 3rd favorite game.
The first game I played was Super Mario 64, I was like 5 years old. The first time I completely finish it was when I played it on the DS.
Umm...d*mn...this is a good question...I was probably too young to remember(i was maybe 4 or 5 years old...all's i know is i was into Mario when i was in kindergarten)...but it may have been one of the classic Mario games on NES or SNES. If so...it was probably either Super Mario Bros. on NES or Super Mario All-Stars on SNES.
Super Mario Bros. I had to have been 4 or somewhere around there. I played it on my moms Nes.
I think the first game I played was either an NES game or Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. Possibly the latter, but I don't know.

Super Mario World for SNES. I loved this game and it remains as one as my most favourite video games today.
6-Pak, on Sega Genesis. Technically, Sonic The Hedgehog.
My first game was Super Mario World on the SNES. The console and game still works, and I still play it weekly. I was only 3 years old when I played my first video game. ;D

Diddy Kong Racing for the N64 for my 4th or 5th birthday.
My first game was a mix between the original Mario Bros. on the NES and Crash Bandicoot 1 for the PS1 (1996 was the year when these consoles always were mix-matching =P)
I'm a huge Crash Bandicoot fan but the first game I ever played was Croc 1.
