GameCube for most of the games, and Nintendo 64 for the classic games, mainly Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Super Mario 64, and Donkey Kong 64.
I can't pick a favorite because there are so many good games on every system I've played, and there's so much more to come.
As such ~ I find myself going back and playing games from every Nintendo console we have left. ;D

Wii, definitely, but that'll probably change at the end of the year 
In order: Wii > 3DS > GameCube > DS > NES > N64

It is a tie between the Gamecube and 64. I just can't choose!

64 I grew up with and I have a lot of good games for it (and some not very good), then Gamecube as second.
The Gamecube is my favorite for its awesome games, but the Wii is my favorite for its features. (like Wii Shop Channel and Virtual Console) So both of them.

Gamecube, actually had some really good games.
I'm gonna have to say the Gamecube. I was so excited when I got it for Christmas and I put many, many hours into it playing MP4,5,6, and 7, along with the Super Monkey Ball series and all the other Mario games.
My favorite is the Nintendo 64 and the current Wii console.
Probably the N64 followed by the gamecube. The N64 had great games such as MP1 to 3, DK64, Ocarina of Time, Diddy Kong Racing and many more.
It's really hard to choose for me. The N64 had my favorite game of all time(SM64). It also had a lot of other great games like MPs, and Donkey Kong 64. But then the GCN had my favorite Mario Party(4) and favorite MP era. Other than MP, it didn't have much that I was too amazed by. Melee was a great game and the only Smash Bros. game I own. The GCN wasn't good with Kirby games though it lacked too much. I know it's because there were 2 cancelled Kirby games for GCN. And then there's Wii which had much better features like the Wii Shop Channel. I love the motion controls for the Wiimote even though there were many who I know didn't like it, I was amazed by it and still am. I think it was better for games more like Wii Sports though and lacked in other ones. But it did have some great games even my favorite Kirby game, Kirby's Return to DreamLand. I didn't like Galaxy as much as 64 and Sunshine though I thought it was a problem. So it's really hard for me to choose the ones I've played are all pretty much equal imo. For portables I can easily say 3DS though.
I would have to go with the N64 because i had so much fun playing mario party and Donkey Kong 64 with my family

Nintendo 64 or Gamecube. Both had a great library of games.
I had some great memories with my GameCube... but my N64 is still producing memories now~
