What Grinds Your Gears

So the UK is an equivalent term to Great Britain... I think...?

As for grinding my gears, when my flow of concentration on something is rudely disrupted. Including video gaming or school/housework. =P

Also, when there are people who inflate their abilities and fail at demonstrating any.

What grinds my gears, people who don't know the difference between England and Britain really piss me off.

I always get confused on this as well.

ENGLAND is just the country. Great BRITAIN contains both England and Ireland.....right?

England, your right, is just the country. Britain, contains the countries; England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Ireland is not part of Britain

Eh, Northern Ireland's close enough. :p

I always say England for the country, but I always call the residents there "Brits". :p

I also hate how the word pop has like a hundred meanings

"I popped a cap in his ass"
"I popped the balloons with a needle"
"Ke$ha is an awful pop music artist"
"I popped my shoulder during the dance for the Talent Show"
"I popped out from under the debris"
"I popped him in the head with my fist"
"Alex Rodriguez popped out for the last out, and Cubs won the game"
"I popped a pill in my mouth"
"I popped a cool-ass beer and took a sip"
"I popped in for a visit to Palpatine"
"We popped pop corn for the movie"

That is what annoys me  :p

Also, I hate it when I'm in practice, and somebody hurts me, it goes something like this

Me: Ahh! I think I cracked my spine.
Guy #1: Get up, I didn't even twist you that hard.
Coach: What's the matter with you?
Me: I cracked my spine!
Coach: You're fine, GET UP!

And yet when I hurt someone else it goes something like this

Guy #1: Ahh! Ahh! Ahh!
Me: Get up, I didn't even twist you that hard.
Coach: Whoa, are you ok?
Guy #1: I cracked my spine!
Coach: It's ok, we'll get you a nurse!
Guy #1's Girlfriend: You're mean.
Coach: What the hell is the matter with you?! Why would you break his back?!
Guy #2: Dude, you gotta stop being so aggressive...

I'm guessing this happened a grand total of one time?

One time during recent memory, but it happened a lot during Elementary School and on the playground

I know that no school is perfect, but I hate how there is no school that is even halfway perfect. It seems that once a school becomes perfect at one or two things, it decides to completely fail at about everything else there is

Here are the positives and negatives
1st School
Positives - Great teachers, great food, no religion nonsense
Negatives - Rude staff members, bullies, guidos, too many projects are assigned

2nd School
Positives - Great food, hot chicks, easy classes
Negatives - Catholic, dick drawing EVERYWHERE, both teachers and staff members are incredibly mean, tons of homework

3rd School
Positives - Nice staff, friendly students, non-Catholic
Negatives - It's cheaper to eat in a movie theater, bad teachers, ugly chicks, overpriced food

Why can no school be good in at least half of things?

I wish Rugby would get more popular attention to the US.

If it did, I probably would watch it religiously.
