@Ryou: Yeah, it can be fixed. Just go to the mod configuration page and set it to refresh however ofter you would like. We had it set to 5 seconds, then 1. All depends on your preference.
Is the new sidebar part of the shoutbox or a separate mod? Its a nice new shoutbox but I'm still used to the one we had. 
The sidebar is cool but it gets a bit in my way and slows down the computer when I scroll down. However, I think the benefits beat the disadvantages.

I like the new shoutbox, and yes, getting rid of the old one would help.

But don't remove the old one, we won't be able to have spectacular RPs.
