So we went to the Credit Union to cash a check that the woman who is supposed to be managing my money sent in. We told her specifically not to sign the check, but she went and did it anyway because "Her lawyer told her to". And guess what? The credit union can't cash the damn check because it was endorsed by somebody who isn't supposed to sign it and therefor is useless! And she won't relinquish the other 3 checks that have arrived over the months because she thinks the checks are state property (Which they aren't. Those checks are MY property, not the state's.) She means well, but she is terrible when it comes to money management.
