This is the Kirby game that was supposed to be released for the GCN.

I feel like this is one of the biggest mistakes Nintendo has made by not releasing this game. Kirby64 is the ONLY 3D platforming Kirby game which is sad... I was hoping they were going to make this game for the Wii but it never happened also Kirby's Epic Yarn coming soon might mean Nintendo dropped development for this game.

That looks like an awesome game, why would they do that? Beta games seem to be the ones everybody wants. They should finish and release, which is VERY doubtful.

They probably gave up on it cuz of errors. Like maybe there we're so many errors and mistakes that they just decided to drop it. You never know, it's possible.

...I remember hearing about this game...

Gosh...why couldn't have this been the game for Nintendo Wii? Bad part on Nintendo right there.

The partner system from this game looked intriguing, but I have no idea why they ditched development for it.

BTW, HAL Laboratories is responsible for Kirby, not Nintendo (who only distributes the games). Are they losing ideas because of Sakurai's departure in 2008? :
