Unfair Warnings

I got 20% for "repeated swearing" in the shoutbox, I swore twice and immediately apologized and deleted the shouts myself. I do it out of habit (it was censored on SMF and my site allows cursing), recognized my mistake and apologized. Why am I warned when I deleted it ten seconds later?

Also I became a "watched member" for asking someone if they liked MPF or here better in an Ask topic?

How is that breaking the rules? Asking a legit question in an ask topic.

I get that chubbo doesn't like me because I've criticized the site but I haven't done anything worth warning. Especially when people spam this site like crazy, all i've done is accidentally curse (and immediately delete). I think I cursed twice in a fifteen minute span, nothing crazy.
I've had moderators abuse their powers in the past since they didn't like me and this is the same thing, we have another Dark Yoshi situation and it's sad.

Chubbo make alts on my site and then lies about it, then warns me twice over nothing. Is it just me or does he have an agenda?

Exactly, he shouldn't be a mod since he obviously can't handle the responsibilities and is letting his own grudges do the warnings.

When I was an admin/mod/global mod on sites I never let personal feelings affect my judgement of warnings and bans. I warned more people I liked than people I didnt actually.

i dont get how mods have the power go to their heads. Guess what? Being a moderator isn't that big of a deal and people have to stop thinking they are the king of the world because they are a moderator (especially when its a small forum like this).
 
I really could care less, this is exactly why I don't come to this site. Too many immature people who don't act their age not doing their job here.

I just came on here to discuss something with SZ kind of an allegiance between sites if you're wondering and then I noticed this stuff thanks to Cook telling me.

only way to fix it is to de-mod him.

Im still waiting for an explanation on why you made alts on my site and lied to me...

I love how his reaction has been "just stop...".

Uhh we can't just ignore it since its kind of a big deal like Kanye and Clipse
